THE BEST OF ALL TIME!!!!! I came in expecting a "typical" car buying experience, boy was I in for a surprise. When I arrived we were immediately greeted in the friendliest mann I came in expecting a "typical" car buying experience, boy was I in for a surprise. He then asked us some easy questions "to get a feel for what we want" and he did just that. He found us the perfect Kia Soul and just the color we wanted at a price we couldn't pass up!!! Our whole experience was seamless and without a flaw they really know what they are doing down at Ball Kia. All of the workers were amazing. Erik and Carlos did a wonderful job on our payments.
