Third time is a charm I bought a car here about two years ago and loved the service. I had been thinking about upgrading my car to a newer model when someone from the deale I bought a car here about two years ago and loved the service. I had been thinking about upgrading my car to a newer model when someone from the dealership called me. It was as if they had read my mind. I let them know what I was looking for and when I went they showed me a few different models. Gabriel did a great job in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours with a new purchase. I would definitely come back the next time I think of upgrading my vehicle. More

We loved it it had everything we needed so we wanted the same car unfortunately it wasn't in stock and we where just gonna go home and weigh out our options so our salesman (Tony) grabbed his manager Erik Hoyo and he sat with us and listened to us and his response was "I have a GREAT idea!" He Showed us a new Sorento SX!! our old car was an LX I didn't think we could afford a higher payment but he worked his magic and within minutes he approved us with a lower payment! INCREDIBLE! We are just super stocked, my kids love their new car it is perfect just like the experience we've had at Ball KIA!! Thank you so much Erik Hoyo I will definitely keep referring my friends and family to you! More

It doesn't get any better than here! What a pleasant experience I had in purchasing a new car from Ball Kia last month. Usually "pleasant" and "dealing with car salesman" are never found in the same sentence.;) However here, they were---and then some. I will add the following words---helpful, patient, kind, sincere, honest and transparent. I walked in, reluctantly, a woman alone , without a posse to protect and defend me from the anticipated bad guys.;) I walked out feeling totally taken care of. All of the gentleman involved in helping me in my car choice and subsequent purchase seemed to have been hand picked for their warm and compassionate personalities. A round of hugs occurred as well, ---and were joyfully repeated---upon returning to the dealership a couple of times to meet with my salesperson, Mark Bocinski for his complimentary one on one "hand holding" in walking me through getting to know my new car. It all starts with the top. Here in effect is an example of the trickle down theory at its finest. General Manager Rich Reinebach sets the tone by leading a top notch operation with his professional yet warm, friendly, and unintimidating presence. His staff follows suit. Mark Bocinski was my salesperson, Erik Hoyo was my Costco car buying liaison and Carlos Morales was the price negotiator. I love these guys!;) More

Erik is always willing to respond to every question and ensures we feel comfortable with the new vehicle's deal or features. Even after the purchase, Erik does a follow-up to ensure everything goes well with the new purchase and makes himself available for any further questions. No high pressure tactics, everything explained well I used the Costco Buying Program and the transaction was handled very smoothly. I was given a fair amount on my trade-in and the pre-negotiated Costco I used the Costco Buying Program and the transaction was handled very smoothly. I was given a fair amount on my trade-in and the pre-negotiated Costco price was a great deal. The only glitch in the whole thing was they lost one of the keys and I had to wait a couple days for their mobile locksmith to come to my house and make me a new key. No big deal, the dealership paid their fee. I would recommend Ball Auto Group and the Costco Auto Buying Program to anyone! More
