Mislead Purchased my 2012 Kia from this dealership in 2011. Was lead to believe it had a 100,00 mile warranty. Brought it in for an oil leak and was told my w Purchased my 2012 Kia from this dealership in 2011. Was lead to believe it had a 100,00 mile warranty. Brought it in for an oil leak and was told my warranty was for 60,000 miles. I feel completely mislead and duped. Would not purchase another vehicle or recommend this dealership. More

Great new car buying experience! Just drove out of the Bald Hill Kia dealership with a brand new 2017 Kia Sportage! I met Mike Maymon, the salesperson. when my husband and I walked i Just drove out of the Bald Hill Kia dealership with a brand new 2017 Kia Sportage! I met Mike Maymon, the salesperson. when my husband and I walked in to the showroom dealership a few weeks ago just before closing time. Mike approached us in a friendly helpful manner. I told him I had my eye on a new Kia Sportage or Sorrento and all I wanted to do that day was just get in and out of the vehicle to see if it suited my criteria. I didn't need to drive it just yet. Most important to me was how comfortable it was to get in and out of the car. It needed to be just right. I told him I was still shopping around and had not decided 100% on a Kia but might want to try looking at the Jeeps as well. Mike was very accommodating and chatted with us about the different models and features of the Kia cars. I left the dealership with Mike's business card and I was so impressed with his knowledge and friendly demeanor that I kept his business card and thought that if I went back to Bald Hill Kia I would definitely ask for Mike. Yesterday we went back to the dealership and I asked for Mike. He was there. I told him the features I wanted in the Kia Sportage and he searched for that car on the lot. He found exactly what I wanted and I test drove the car. During the process Mike was patient and knowledgeable and he made the whole car buying experience a pleasure. I would recommend the whole crew at Bald Hill Kia , and in particular Mike Maymon. Thanks Mike! More

I didn't want to waste the little time I had with my busy schedule and arrive to hear the price had gone up due to taxes and other hidden fees. He was able to give me the bottom line price and when I arrived he was a doll! My husband and I had our hands full with two children and Mike along with the rest of the Kia "Angels" lol, came to our rescue with chips, television room and conversations to distract them from their excitement ;). It was a great experience dealing with Bald Hill Kia & I highly recommend them to anyone looking to Buy or Lease a Vehicle! More

I was very happy with everyone I dealt with there. This was the second dealership I had visited and the first one tried to use pressure tactics to get me into a car. Bald Hill Kia (and Mike) listened to my needs and worked hard to get the deal done without pressuring me. I would highly recommend you go there to purchase your next car. More
