purchase of car bought a brand new 2019 Kia Optima service was good, the only issue I had was after a few days of having the car I was showing the car to a family mem bought a brand new 2019 Kia Optima service was good, the only issue I had was after a few days of having the car I was showing the car to a family member and noticed that there was no spare tire in the trunk all you get is a can of fix a flat and an air pump. I was never told there was no spare nor was I asked about the option of getting a spare. I travel a lot to and from Florida with may car and if I get a flat I am screwed. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THAT THE CAR DIDNT HAVE A SPARE TIRE OR HAVE THE OPTOIN OF GETTING ONE!!! POOR SERVICE ON THE SALESMAN BIG TIME. now would I go back to bald hill for another car purchas?? hmmmm gonna have to think really long and hard on that one big time......... s would I recommend bald hill kia?? not sure probably not......
