Nice people and helpful before you buy, after is a completely different story. They waited so long to pay off my other vehicle and didn’t inform me that my automatic payment came out of my bank on its completely different story. Service department is terrible. Takes a month to get an appointment. service advisor offered no advice, had to get out my manual and tell him what needed to be done. I came up this morning, as directed to by Nick (via phone yesterday) in a snow storm. All to find out once I'm there this morning that you all can't do the repair, and to call Flood Ford for an appt (you even stated they could probably get me in early next week). Well they can't get me in until November 19th. So, the jokes on me, huh? This is how a customer who paid cash for his 2018 F150 ($28,500 + taxes, transfer, etc) just last year (Apr,2019) gets treated as a loyal customer? Wow... I'm doing some serious soul searching about your business. To add insult to injury, the complimentary car wash promised at time of purchase for 3 years was not done when I was there 10/28 (2 days ago), and only just today offered while we are literally in a snow storm. SMH... I just tried to do what was asked of me, only to be wronged again. And Nick was conveniently out today. He somehow failed to mention that yesterday. UPDATE: Because of continued misinformation dealing with service on my purchased 2018 F150 (in April '2019) and broken agreement to rectify problem when purchased (for which I paid $1600 for upholstery upgrade myself), I have recently traded said vehicle for a new F150 XLT 4X4 from Flood Ford, whose service warranty is second to none! You have beaten me down, and no longer have to honor your compromised agreement to complimentary oil changes, tire rotations, AND courtesy car washing as a result of my cost for medical treatment (3 day ICU stay) for allergic reaction to embedded fur dander throughout vehicle's ventilation & cloth upholstery (not visible when purchased) but still placed on sales lot, all shiny & new. It's unfortunate the all mighty $$$ given by me to you all, far exceeded the agreed upon compromise that was authorized by your General Manager, and conveyed to me by the Business Manager, after my release from hospital in May, 2019. The servicing visits from then til now were always met with shrugged shoulders, implied ignorance of agreement, and lack of professionalism to a cash paying customer. Maybe had I bought a KIA, this entire ordeal would have never occurred, huh? More
