I am 67 and have purchased numerous types of new vehicle, car, truck and motorcycles, from different dealerships depending on vehicle type, and must say Bald Hill Kia has THE worst concern for customers and car, truck and motorcycles, from different dealerships depending on vehicle type, and must say Bald Hill Kia has THE worst concern for customers and thier purchased vehicles that I have experienced. Service department has one person, gentleman named Frank that seems to care, and the rest, especially along with the service manger, make you feel unimportant and an interuption to thier day. Love the vehicle but truly sorry I bought it due to this dealership. I hate to do it, but will now be going to a different dealership for service and wish I gave them the sale. They also recommended a protection plan and I bought it. They cannot make good on the plan but have made many many excuses. More

Ritchie Bernard went out of his way to hear what I needed and get it for me. Everyone was great from sales to service to office, start to finish!
