A notable mention: My salesman (Mr. Joshua Ostrow) was very professional, Mr.Ostrow shown all the features of my Optima and answered all my questions. I felt extremely assured during the whole sale process. There was no stone untuned. Lastly, Mr. Art Clark (Parts Manager) was extremely knowledgeable, he pointed out all the accessories available for my Optima in which I purchased and is very happy with them. My first visit to Bald Hill Kia did not turn out well. The first salesperson I spoke with (he knows he he is) was supposed to get back to me with prices and information. He spoke with me as if he really was concerned about my needs. He returned my phone calls promptly and always with the correct information I was seeking.
