My first visit to Bald Hill Kia did not turn out well. The first salesperson I spoke with (he knows he he is) was supposed to get back to me with prices and information. Needless to say, I did not want to do business with him. I was fortunate to speak with another salesperson, Joshua Ostrow. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. He spoke with me as if he really was concerned about my needs. He returned my phone calls promptly and always with the correct information I was seeking.
