Horrible Business. Took the car in for a Diagnostic and they couldn't figure out what the problem was but suggested 2800 in other " Necessary " repairs. What Bull. When I got home I took the back wheels off and they were frozen so Kia never even looked at the brakes but suggested pads and rotors. I gave this Kia dealer a chance after being lied to from another Kia but the same here. Lies only. Never again will I purchase a Kia. These dealers can't even fix their own cars but want a ton of money for unnecessary repairs. What a JOKE!!!!!!!!!! More

Brought in for oil change. When scheduling they wanted to add fuel additive and tire rotation, said no. Sent an email to my wife since the car is in her name. Stating it needed cabin filter, air filter and 4 wheel alignment. I had changed the filters less than a thousand miles ago and the tires were wearing correctly. She said no. Ask for a quote to buy the car outright since we are going down to one car. 6 years old with less than 40k miles, no scratches or dents, a 1 inch wear mark on driver seat, rest of interior is like new. They listed it as Fair condition making the value thousands less. More

The service department is remarkable! I personally want to thank Nick Rose for going above and beyond a service representatives usual daily routine. I can not say enough kind words regarding Bald Hill Kia and the entire service department. I purchased my Sorento from Taska Kia in Johnston, and I will never return. The service department is absolutely horrible. They charged my warranty company, Triton, for services that were never rendered. I would bring my vehicle there for service and once returned other things were broken in my vehicle. Taska would never admit to causing the damage which was not present prior to their service. I trust the Bald Hill Kia service department with my life after Taska's service department just about got me killed on I95 more than once with their so called completed repairs! I would give Nick Rose at Bald Hill Kia a 10 star rating if it was available. Amber I also want to thank you for your kindness and compassion regarding all the repairs made to my vehicle recently. The service I received was very poor. Never received a call about my service or when the vehicle was ready. The service advisor was not friendly wasn’t concerned about my issues.
