Buyer Beware! I worked with the internet department for a few days. They told me the vehicle had two top and it didn't. They stated the Jeep was Jeep CPO and during I worked with the internet department for a few days. They told me the vehicle had two top and it didn't. They stated the Jeep was Jeep CPO and during the test drive the salesman stated the car hadn't been through the shop. Before you can certify a vehicle from Jeep it has to have a 125 point inspection and this one didn't. If you look at the Car Fax it states it's CPO vehicle. There are so many honest dealerships out there, so try one of them! More
Horrible service , BaldHill web site is wrong/outdated My 2019 Jeep was leased from Bald Hill Jeep...Lou R in sales was great to deal with. I wanted to have the Jeep serviced at Bald Hill. On March 23 201 My 2019 Jeep was leased from Bald Hill Jeep...Lou R in sales was great to deal with. I wanted to have the Jeep serviced at Bald Hill. On March 23 2019 , a Saturday, I went to get an oil change and tire rotation...simple stuff for the Express Lane service that was highlighted when I leased the Jeep and STILL on the web page today ( 6/6/2019). I was told by the service department rep at the counter, on March 23 2019, that the Express Lane was closed and I would have to make an appointment. I was told the next weekend appointment was over 3 weeks away. Directly from Bald Hill I went to another dealer 15 minutes away and my service was completed that day. I wanted to give Bald Hill another chance. I visited the Bald Hill web page today to see if they reopened the Express Lane for service. Bald Hill's web page, today 6-6-2018, stated that the Express Lane was open for business. I confirmed the fact that the Express Lane was open with a "chat" while still on the Bald Hill web page. I called the service department at Bald Hill to confirm. It took me 15 minutes to speak with a live person (luckily I was at my desk having lunch...not stuck by the road etc..). The phone system prompted me to leave a voicemail for the service department..but the voicemail was full. Eventually the service department answered..politely informed me that the Express Lane has been closed for 8 weeks and that weekend appointments are booked for the next month. I was also informed that the online service chat was wrong..and that the service department was short handed. I returned to the online chat..gave the rep my VIN, name and phone number for an "immediate call back" from management. This has not happened of yet I truly wanted to go back to Bald Hill...again I will drive an extra 15 minutes to go to a different dealership that has an Express Lane for simple weekend service. More

My salesman was dereck if you see him just leave he is very good with the product and can tell you all about it. But its a ploy to make you over pay. More
