I have owned a Jeep Liberty since 2003. Because of age and no problems with the vehicle, my wife and I thought it would be a good time to make the trade for a new one. In Sunday's Providence Journal I saw the Bald Hill Dodge advertisement for a Jeep Liberty, I decided to take one last shot at a purchase figuring that I would walk away empty handed. We were pleasantly surprised as soon as we walked into the showroom at Bald Hill. Our Sales Associate Frank Vescera, Jr. greeted us and immediately made us feel at home. We discussed the vehicle in the advertisement and although it was not what I wanted, Frank showed my wife and I different options that appealed to us. After explaining all the incentives and agreeing on a trade price for my 2003 Liberty, we finalized the deal. From the time we walked into Bald Hill until the time I picked up my 2012 Jeep Liberty, we received friendly and courteous service which meant a lot to us. Let me start by saying I called and spoke with Kevin about warranty work. He told me numerous times the job was not covered under warranty. I explained I read it in the warranty book but he still told m about warranty work. He told me numerous times the job was not covered under warranty. I explained I read it in the warranty book but he still told me, rudely, it was not covered. After contacting the manufacturer and another dealer, who would gladly have taken the job, I decided to call him back. I spoke to a woman who sais she would check if covered. Kevin called back and guess what, no apology but said it would be covered. I should have stayed away but they are closer and that is who I bought vehicle from. My check engine light came on in the meantime, so they cleared it and told me to drive it and see what happens. It came on again and said it was something to do with the fuel line, or code for fuel. They had the vehicle all day, still not fixed, I picked it up and noticed the fuel tank had quarter tank less than when i dropped off. I went to get gas and now it was overflowing at gas filler. I called and Kevin, being the rude person he is, said had nothing to do with work they did. He told me to go back and have it looked at. Well I took to another dealer, and as they were raising the vehicle on the lift guess what was found? Two clips to crimp my gas lines to check for leaks. Way toi go Bald Hill. They actualy have your initilas on them. What a hack job. And Kevin, the most rude person I ever met that deals with the public. More

He helped to get a managable monthly payment that included a great warranty...I have driven the car a considerable distance and there have been no problems...it was clean and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up...at the last minute the salesman even had air added to the tires so that they were at the perfect pressure...LOL...so get on down to Bald Hill Dodge and buy and a car...LOL...
