We declined once, and he respected that (though he was very informative and gave us all of our options). Lou described the options in the vehicle. When we agreed to purchasing the vehicle Lou was helpful and explained everything during the filling out of the paperwork. It was observed that an item was broken on ther car. The car was taken to the garage and it was found they didn't have all the parts in stock at this time. The parts were ordered and advisaed that we would be contacted within several days to fix the item. We would recommend Bald Hill Dodge to our friends and relatives. He made us a very good offer on our trade in, and never even remotely tried to pressure us in any way.The rest of the car selling world would do well to have him train their employees. My wife and I are very lucky to have found a car salesperson that was as honest as him. If he's still there when we are due for another vehicle, he will be our guy. I immediatley went to the show room to test drive the vehicle. Mike again was friendly and courteous. I was given a fair price for my trade, financing was arranged and Mike even called my insurance broker to change my policy to reflect the new vehicle. More

I tried to recant the review I wrote a couple of weeks ago but can't access it to correct, so I will amend it with this one. I had had a very bad experience with Bald Hill's Service dept and so left a rev ago but can't access it to correct, so I will amend it with this one. I had had a very bad experience with Bald Hill's Service dept and so left a review detailing my complaint. Not long after I submitted it, Sam called back to explain that he is the Operating Officer and had read my review; he told me that Bald Hill is committed to customer service excellence and he would look into my complaint. He also mentioned that the Service Manager, Greg, is new and is detail oriented. Sam was sure that Bald Hill would rectify the problems and I would leave there a happy customer. I was disputing the coverage of the work, as well; initially I was told that my warranty coverage, less deductible would take care of the repairs. I felt that Bald Hill should cover the deductible because the truck was still within the 60 day dealer warranty For used vehicles. Sam was true to his word on all counts and I feel much better about dealing with Ball Hill for service. They also covered the cost of all of the work. I never met Greg but spoke to him on the phone and was relieved to hear that he himself test drove my truck after each phase of repair. He also said that he felt the same transmission hesitation I had complained about. He asked if he could keep the truck another day to ensure that it was fixed correctly. The truck it now running great! Thank you Sam and Greg for turning a negative experience into a really positive one. I can now, without reservation, endorse Bald Hill's Service dept.
