I had a great first time experience at Bald Hill Jeep. I have never shopped at this dealer before. I met Charlie Chatterley and he was a great salesman. After two weeks going by from my first visit to Bald Hill Jeep, I walked in unannounced to take another look and was greeted by Charlie by name. For a salesman who met me two weeks earlier for 20 minutes to remember my name-especially my last name, that meant the world to me that Charlie actually took the time to get to know his customers even if it was only for a short period of time. Charlie went out of his way to make sure that I was completely happy with the purchase of my new Wrangler Freedom Edition. Mike Vigeant took the time to explain everything to me about my extended warranty that I purchased as well as all the numbers aspect. Together they make a great team. Blad Hill Jeep had a friendly atmosphere vs other Jeep dealers I visited when deciding on my new purchase where I had to listen to people talk to me from a raised platform booth. At Bald Hill Jeep, I felt like a human being and not just another unit sold for the month. Thanks to Charlie, Mike and Bald Hill for makeing my experience a happy and stress free one!!! More
