For a salesman who met me two weeks earlier for 20 minutes to remember my name-especially my last name, that meant the world to me that Charlie actually took the time to get to know his customers even if it was only for a short period of time. Charlie went out of his way to make sure that I was completely happy with the purchase of my new Wrangler Freedom Edition. Mike Vigeant took the time to explain everything to me about my extended warranty that I purchased as well as all the numbers aspect. Together they make a great team.
