Dave was great, a real straight shooter. Met me at the door on my first visit and walked me through every step of the way. After two weeks going by from my first visit to Bald Hill Jeep, I walked in unannounced to take another look and was greeted by Charlie by name. For a salesman who met me two weeks earlier for 20 minutes to remember my name-especially my last name, that meant the world to me that Charlie actually took the time to get to know his customers even if it was only for a short period of time. Charlie went out of his way to make sure that I was completely happy with the purchase of my new Wrangler Freedom Edition. Mike Vigeant took the time to explain everything to me about my extended warranty that I purchased as well as all the numbers aspect. Together they make a great team. Blad Hill Jeep had a friendly atmosphere vs other Jeep dealers I visited when deciding on my new purchase where I had to listen to people talk to me from a raised platform booth.
