From the time I called in I waited on hold almost 35 minutes to answer a few security questions and verify my identity. Total talk time was under 2 minutes which I thought was reasonable but the hold time was ridiculous More

I was getting really bad service there, so I decided to call Bakersfield Hyundai because I saw a car I liked on their website. We couldn't get a decision on the car that night, which was discouraging. Gerardo gave me a ride home and even told me he'd take me back to the dealership if I needed him to. After a couple days of negotiating with the banks for approval, I get a text from Geraldo informing me I could go get my car. He got me from school and took me back to the dealership as promised. When we got to the dealership, I was informed not only did I get approved for a car, I got approved for a brand new car with an amazing warranty package! They went above and beyond to get me in a car far better than the one I saw on the website. I've never had a business produce more than expected. More
