Scheduled a 5:30pm appointment for window tint. Showed up at 5:35 and was told by the service advisor, Alfonso Aguilar, that the tint guy had gone home. A few minutes later he said they had called him back. I asked when the car would be ready. I was told 9am and someone would call me but if no one did Alfonso would call me at 11 when he came in. That's not a very high bar. 11:15 rolls around no call. Texted Dan who followed up saying Alfonso would call me before 12. 12:07 no call. So I texted Dan that I was on my way and the car better be ready. Picked up the car and just as I was about to leave Alfonso apologizes that the car took so long but it was because the tint guy didn't get there until 6am-NOT 5:30pm as I was told the day before. So it's apparent that the car was being worked on when it was supposed to be finished and lying is part of the operation. I was lied to about when the car would be ready, when the tint guys were going to be there, and that someone would call me. This is window tint not rocket science-makes me nervous about taking the car in for something mildly more complicated like a service. They can't live up to their own expectations-how are they going to live up to mine? I would have expected the car be ready at 8am. Good thing I didn't have work... More

Great car, too much haggling I spent over 5 hours at the dealership, most of which was haggling over the price. In the end they agreed to what I originally offered.
