Overall everything was good Over all very good I just didn’t like one thing I was first told I could write a check for down payment I wrote it gave to them they had it for 20 min Over all very good I just didn’t like one thing I was first told I could write a check for down payment I wrote it gave to them they had it for 20 minutes money was in my account!! They come back after I wrote out 1 of only 3 checks I had left for that account so my check was waisted I hated that ! don’t say yes we accept checks then 20 min later say sorry we don’t! So I had to use my card which I hated to do but had no other choice if I wanted the car! That was really my only hang up!! I don’t understand all of what happened why say you accept hold it for 20 minutes and come back say now we don’t accept??? Not good! They shouldn’t of said they accepted! Waisted my check!! More

No Follow Up I had no issues with leaving my car while the backordered parts arrived. What I had an issue with was the service manager I had. I had placed a few calls to check on the status and he never replied. I also left a voicemail with a service question and never received a call from anyone. The last call I made about a week and a half after I dropped my car off I was told someone would call the next morning. Thankfully, someone did who then informed me my service manager was no longer with the company - I could understand why. From that point forward the service was great. The parts came in and my car was ready the next day - although I did have a nail in one of my tires and my low tire pressure light was on (they don't do patches). Overall, I appreciated the last few days. I would check the other survey questions but I had two separate experiences on this visit. (I don't remember if Robert was who I worked with.) More

He immediately understood my concerns and quickly arranged to solve all my difficulties, including a ride home with an excellent Uber driver and transportation back to pick up my car that same day, even though I'd expected to have to wait until the next day to get my car back. What a pleasant surprise it was to have everything accomplished so quickly and to get my car back on the same afternoon. More
