I love hundai vehicles I went in there to have my tires unlocked because I misplaced the tire lock key. They were going to charge me $30 to unlock it. $19.99 for tire rotat I went in there to have my tires unlocked because I misplaced the tire lock key. They were going to charge me $30 to unlock it. $19.99 for tire rotation and then they would give me the locks n replace with the regular tire bolts. So I chose that plan instead. When I got to the tire shop that was to replace my tires sensors, he noticed that the tires were Not rotated. I had been there 1 hour before n he checked that the drivers side sensor was messed up that’s why I originally went to have done for my SUV. And so it was still on the drivers side front tire. And he’s knew that my old tires were up front and the newer ones that were put in since last year were still in the back. Joey was excellent kind friendly professional. . I know it was not his fault it was the techs fault for not doing as the order stated. ANyway no one is perfect . We all make mistakes no harm was done, but I don’t have time to waste going back and forth and the prices there are outrageous when you can get cheaper elsewhere for service and parts . They reimbursed my money right away and will give me complimentary tire rotation. Thank you Joey . More
