The experience was positive and even enjoyable (a far cry from my experience the day before at a rival dealership!). I called Joey after seeing an ad on Cars.com. He was polite, helpful and very motivated to help. Up until this time I had dealt with many sales people covering the whole gamut of aggressive, overbearing, indifferent and unreliable. Joey made me want to do business with your dealer because he treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. Even though he was not familiar with the truck I inquired about he assured me he would track it down and contact me, and he was true to his word!! When I arrived at the dealer Joey had gotten the truck prepared and we went on a test drive. Following that we “sealed the deal!” He was honest in the whole process and everything happen seamless and with none of the usual “cat and mouse” games that often occur at car dealers. Joey got me a great deal and also added oil changes and a full tank of gas! He even agreed to deliver my truck to Visalia in a few days but that turned out to be unnecessary. I contacted Joey about a couple of things since the sale and he has been very responsive and helpful.
