They told me since I didn't buy from them, that I was not a priority. Had my new vehicle (500 miles) in for over 2 1/2 weeks while they tried to figure out the start-stop feature that stranded us. Communication is non-existent and we had to go to the dealership in order to talk to anyone about the status. Once returned it was dirty and their was a chip and scratch in the paint (2 different places). Wagoneer services (special attention for wagoneer owners) level III has not been able to contact the dealership or the district manager in over 4 weeks. My issues have been elevated to service level III which is supposedly their top service level with ultimate authority to no result. The service is poor and the jeep corporate support has no authority or communication. Really disappointed in service and communication. Really sad because I like the Wagoneer but it has some issues and I can't get service. More
This dealership is the worst. I bought a car from them in 2015. Once they sell you a car they treat you like dirt. Their only goal is to separate you from your money. For instance I was promised oil changes for a period of time. I had to argue with them the first time I took my car in for the promised service - they finally changed the oil with no charge, but I was not able to get them to honor their promise after that. I can pay for an oil change - the problem for me is their dishonesty. The service get much worse after that - Recently they had my car for almost two weeks and charged $4000.00 for repairs. I am still having problems with what they claimed they repaired. Do not buy a car from this dealership. More
They go above & beyond in service but most of all HONESTY. David in the service department kept us well informed & worked very hard for us. We have a 2012 Chrysler 200 with a lifetime warranty. Certified pre owned Jeep sold with 3 old tires, leaking motor mount, and cracked windshield. Terrible customer service from the service department they did not explain what was wrong until I asked and kept motor mount, and cracked windshield. I had to return the loaner that I just put gas in. The tires are bald and I havent even driven the car the dealer said they met their standards. The car was sold to me with a leak. They didn't clean the car out it had all of the previous owners data. I now have to pay 1400 for tires and a windshield and the dealer was unwilling to help. I barely made my 1st payment so even if they agreed to help with the tires I wouldn't be complaining. They put 1 new tire on the car on the driver side. Never buy a car at dusk make sure you check every little detail. This has been such a nightmare. The managers also avoided talking to me when I had concerns I always had to talk through someone else. Service after the sale? Vehicle purchased at this dealership was towed in. It was 15 days before the vehicle was looked at. Dealership failed in its duty to advocate for purchaser on warranty. Sales manager, finance officer, and parts manager all assured me putting bigger tires on my Jeep would be fine. Brought the Jeep in for a steering gear box issue and I find out my tires are 1 inch too big and it voided my warranty. The stupidest thing of all is I had my lift and tires put on through the Jeep parts department. No one at any stage ever said a word about these tires voiding my warranty. If they did I obviously wouldn't have put them on.They refused to even look at the gear box, when two other shops told me that was the problem and to take it to the dealership since it's under warranty. From the minute we bought our Jeep here there has been nothing but problems and the reasons why is way too long to type about here. Suffice to say I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. From the general manager and down they are nothing but incompetent liars. More

(was about a week out! Haddad rudely informed me it would be two!!) Arrived at the appt Thursday morning and was greeted with enthusiasm by my service girl Amanda. She is very pro!Real genuine and soothing in an annoying situation, like potentially not having your ride for days! I picked my truck up on Friday @5 right before quitting time at 6. Only two days! I saw zero poor attitudes and everyone was buzzing around getting things done. She also sent informative emails and reminders all throughout the process documenting everything!! I was worried for nothing,Just sayin! More

It was elevated to FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automotive) after I refused to take the vehicle back after no repair attempt was made and i was just told to take the car back. I thought if Jeep knew it was a safety issue they would absolutely help us out! I just wanted another car to live out the life of my loan or credit as a trade in. No solution was offered they just told me it needed to happen again while they drove it and I was told to pick it up. Their solution was to have me and my two babies,under 3, drive around and replicate it then have it towed in....if we didn’t die first!!! We ended up selling it to car max, apparently according to Jeep there was no problem. That’s not a good business practice to put small children in danger to make a buck. We also called the dealership to see if they would just take it back and be even, they said no. Wonder why. We lost about $13,000 in the form of our trade in, money down, payments made for a year and then had to pay $1,100 just to get rid of the car. I cannot believe how money hungry this company is. It makes me sad, I never thought such a well known dealer would treat good customers like this. So now i want to let future good customers know how they do business. More
