Awesome experience from Jesse Norris!! Jessie Norris is the best person we have worked with. We have purchased 10 cars from him including the newest 2015 Murano. He's like family to us an Jessie Norris is the best person we have worked with. We have purchased 10 cars from him including the newest 2015 Murano. He's like family to us and always treats us right. He's very honest and will tell us exactly without trying to be that "pushy" sales person. When we walk in we know we are going to get the best deal possible. This last purchase took awhile to make the deal happen, however throughout Jesse kept us informed and he always answered our calls without pushing us off. We love working with Jesse and this will not be the last car we purchase from him. Thank you Jesse very much for all the help and guidance you have provided us. You are family to us!!! I would not go anywhere else I can't even begin to describe what a wonderful experience I had at Baker Nissan North. I purchased a car from the used department in 2012 and figured I can't even begin to describe what a wonderful experience I had at Baker Nissan North. I purchased a car from the used department in 2012 and figured I would go back for a new 2015 Nissan Sentra now that I was ready for a new car. I was first greeted by Simon right when I stepped out of my car. We had a great time, making jokes and laughing, while he simultaneously took the time to find the exact car I wanted and went above and beyond getting it from the furthest corner of the lot. He took his time and was very patient in explaining all of the features. I also met with Amanda who was just as genuine and kind with me as Simon. She answered me in excruciating detail every single question I had and made me feel very comfortable signing the paperwork. Temo was also very helpful and took his time in reviewing the final details even though it was late and we were all ready to go home. They are all more than deserving of praise and I can confidently say that with this being my second car from here, I will most certainly return in the future. More
