never again drove from austin tx to the dealership to look at a 2012 ram i saw online. was assured that the vehicle worked fine. two days later it refused to star drove from austin tx to the dealership to look at a 2012 ram i saw online. was assured that the vehicle worked fine. two days later it refused to start went back 30 minutes later and it started. i attributed that to cold morning weather. a month later it completely dies on me. after owning the vehicle for just 2 months it has spent 3 weeks sitting in my driveway. took it to a dodge dealer to get diagnosed and was told i needed a new alternator and tipm. called baker to discuss my problem and was bassically told that i should take the problem up with my lender who i bought an extended warranty from for not fully covering my repairs and not them who sold me a defective vehicle. As is means as is even if that means spending 16600 on a vehicle i can't use. More

Shaun welcomed me with a great smile like He always does and took care of my wife's car right away and in very short period of time I was on my way back home after having another great experience with him and Nissan. Outstanding Customer Service I gave Baker Nissan a 5 star rating after buying my new Rouge Select on 1.22.16. Mr. John Hill was our rep and he was awesome! Low pressure and wantin I gave Baker Nissan a 5 star rating after buying my new Rouge Select on 1.22.16. Mr. John Hill was our rep and he was awesome! Low pressure and wanting us to be happy with our new purchase was his only concern. We paid cash and John made sure we got a great deal. We took my new Rouge home after only 3 hours at the dealership. There were some small issues that came up and John took charge to make sure they were taken care of. His laid back style and approach made me feel I was in control of the process. His personal touch, knowing my name and even my son's name, made it feel like he was an old family friend. He even came to the dealership early when we needed to take care of the small issues that came up. Ms. Lorena was awesome and constantly checked on the progress of said issues as well as myself while I waited. Mr. Juan from the body shop was patient with me, making sure I was completely satisfied with his work. Although I did not get the names of the service department who helped me, they were all very nice. Even the finance people were really nice. I will definitely recommend Baker Nissan, especially Mr. John to anyone who asks. I want to thank you All for the Outstanding Customer Service we received. I hesitated taking my car in bc I needed to run several erra Unfortunately I had a couple of issues pop up with my Rouge, a few days before Christmas. I hesitated taking my car in bc I needed to run several errands and didn't want to spend my time at the service center. Mack was awesome!!! He was able to get me a loaner vehicle and answered any and all questions I had. They ended up having to order a part for my car which was fine because Mack called me everyday to keep me posted on the progress of my car and when I should expect it back. Love doing business with them! More
