Maintenance/ repair service I went for my usual oil and filter maintenance for the 2nd time this year. I inquired about repair service for my windshield washer tank. So, the firs I went for my usual oil and filter maintenance for the 2nd time this year. I inquired about repair service for my windshield washer tank. So, the first disappointment was that the car had to stay overnight for a repair that takes 30 minutes. The second disappointment came later when the sales representative assisting me walks up with print outs telling me what my car "may need repaired or serviced". He was going by the history of service in the computer not by a well inspected vehicle. My third disappointment was when I finally made it to my vehicle. The sensor for low tire pressure was on when I arrived. To my shock it was still on when I received my car. More
