I was instantly welcomed at Baker Nissan North (Used Car Sales) and was immediately attended by a sales person. He listened to what I had to say about what kind of car I was interested in purchasing and sho Sales) and was immediately attended by a sales person. I was given ample time to make my decision and had all of my questions answered. Paperwork was filled out in a timely manner. I would never recommend this dealership. Worst experience of purchasing a car. I was pre-approved, upfront with what I wanted in a vehicle, and lease payment. They immedeiately tried to put me i experience of purchasing a car. I was pre-approved, upfront with what I wanted in a vehicle, and lease payment. They immedeiately tried to put me in a more expensive model than I wanted. They told me they had the model I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership - they only had a more expensive model. The Sales Manager - Scott - lied and tried repeatedly to put me in a more expensive model. They finally - after three hours - brought a vehicle with my requirments from another dealership. We witnessed one sales person accusing another of lying and stealing his customer in front of customers - very unprofessional! It was painfully obvious our salesperson was new. Had NO knowledge of the product. Had issues completing paper work. As we were waiting to finalize the deal, they assisted another customer before us even though this customer arrived much later than we did. At that point I walked out of the dealership. I have never experienced such unethical, unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I am now looking at Toyota's. More

I had purchased my Xterra from Baker Nissan North in 2008 and was extremely pleased with the entire buying process then, so it only made sense to go back when I decided to upgrade to a Pathfinder. I priced and was extremely pleased with the entire buying process then, so it only made sense to go back when I decided to upgrade to a Pathfinder. I priced the vehicle with other dealerships in Houston and ultimately the best deal was with Baker North. Carl was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and when they didnt have exactly what I wanted Carl was able to track it down at another dealership for me. I love my new car and feel great about the purchase. Thanks Baker! You can be sure I will be back when its time to trade up to an Armada. More
