Dealership was very clean & Britton conducted himself in a low sales pressure, but professional manner. I did mention to him that I was a little unhappy that the finance person tried to "slip in" approx $600 of extra items on the sales contract which I had to get him to remove. Priced cars in Austin where we live, also in San Antonio, then in Houston. Austin prices were the highest, San Antonio prices were better but Baker in Houston offered the best deal and made it worth the 2 1 then in Houston. EVERYONE in the dealership was friendly and accessible. If you're standing around, someone is going to ask you if you need help and get you whatever you need including finding your salesman. It is a very large dealership but you never get the feeling it's impersonal. Everyone smiles and wants to help. They took a lot of time with us to show and explain the car to us even after the sale. When we finished and were leaving, we felt more than just a business relationship to Charles and Jonathan, we felt they were also friends. The only caution is the financing. We were only offered a lower rate if we purchased extended warranty. Had they offered the lower rate, we would keep our financing through Nissan but as it stands, we will immediately refinance through our credit union at a much lower rate. They had the ability to keep this part of the deal and through short-sightedness, lost it. I still HIGHLY recommend Baker Nissan! In the future if we want to purchase another Nissan, we will start there first and make the drive from Austin. Baker Nissan is truly "worth the drive." More

I went in looking for another Nissan, as I already own one, and I love my 0.9% financing. Unsure of what I was looking for I headed to the used car area and a salesman approached me. Franklin couldn’t h one, and I love my 0.9% financing. Unsure of what I was looking for I headed to the used car area and a salesman approached me. Franklin couldn’t have been more accommodating and showed me a 4 door Jeep that just came in on trade. Even though it was late he had the last remaining mechanic lower it from the rack so i could see the inside. It looked great so he had the mechanic close the hood so we could take it for a test drive. I was sold on it immediately and returned from the test drive to start the dreaded paperwork. To my surprise, 5 minutes of talking with Franklin and I was approved. I went home to sleep on it and I returned the next evening, one more look at the Jeep and I knew that I had to have it. I went inside to complete the paperwork I couldn’t believe that they had all of my paperwork already printed, just a few signatures and initials and I was on my way. They made a normally painful situation really easy! Thanks to everyone at Baker who made this a pleasurable experience!!! More
I have bad Credit and I didn't think, I Was going to get a fair deal.. I walked out of there with a brand new 2013 pathfinder and a 7% interest. Last car I bought I got a 17.5% and was re-po 18 mo get a fair deal.. I walked out of there with a brand new 2013 pathfinder and a 7% interest. On Thur, 3/7/2013 at 09:00 am, brought Quest '07 in for warranty replacement of AC blow/fan. Fri noon, Mario informed me that they can't work on van until they receive the blower, hoping to get van ou for warranty replacement of AC blow/fan. Fri noon, Mario informed me that they can't work on van until they receive the blower, hoping to get van out by Saturday before 5pm. Saturday noon Mario report that I need to pay for 5hr of labor ($120X5) to clean debris (bird nesting) out of the vent!! My van is always parked in the garage.Couldn't get car back 'til Monday. When picking up van found 90MIles added to odometer, front passenger seat at 45° + pushed back, preset radio stations erased + had one Spanish station set. Confront Mario about issues, he referred me to service manager whom was not available at the time. Next day found cd was not working!! Brought it back & they said there is a coin stuck in there. To fix it, it will cost at least $250!!! Spoke to service manager, Larry Patterson, about all the issues. What a joke!! He couldn't give me a straight answer to all the issues. Instead of putting out the fire, he added fuel to the burning situation. Needless to say, I WILL DETOUR EVERYONE I COME IN CONTACT WITH (VIA PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT & SOCIAL MEDIA) AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
