I drove a Nissan 224 miles to take it to James Powell (I got my Altima there and was so impressed that I wanted my friends to experience how great I thought the dealership was) The Altima I drove down wasn' got my Altima there and was so impressed that I wanted my friends to experience how great I thought the dealership was) The Altima I drove down wasn't running right and the glove box had become misaligned. James test drove it and told me he wanted to kept the car overnight for more "testing." I agreed and he gave me a rental. After the testing was completed he told us I needed work. Example- an oil change (duh), a new belt, and there was a part that needed to be replaced, which he said he ordered it, etc. We agreed on what we wanted him to fix and almost $500 later I got the car back. James said the part should be in, in 7-10 business days. First of all, it has now been over 60 days and we still haven't received a call from James about the part, the glove box was never fixed, and he never did an oil change. After paying someone else to change the oil, I finally called and asked why it wasn't done. His response "It's not on your ticket?" REALLY DUDE? Then said "Oh I'm so sorry next time you are in I can detail your car or give you a free oil change." Again, REALLY? Like I'm going to drive 224 miles for an oil change. What's really annoying is his lack to pick up a phone and call someone back aftr telling them he would. I must say I was completely embarrassed by Baker Nissan and James. I have one more free oil change (from when I purchased my car) and after that I will NEVER EVER take my Altima to Baker or James!! Thank You James Powell for NEVER calling us back regarding the part you said you "ordered" and thank you for making people spend more money because you can't do your job, and thank you for NOTHING! I brought my 2006 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL (which I had purchased from them in 2007 in a very nice transaction), with low mileage (less than 43K) and good condition in for an appraisal after going to their purchased from them in 2007 in a very nice transaction), with low mileage (less than 43K) and good condition in for an appraisal after going to their website and getting a preliminary appraisal of $13,100. Billy called me, I said I could go in the same day. I was only interested in purchasing a 2012 370Z convertible but they didn't have any for me to test drive. Billy offered me a 2010 Infiniti G37 convertible as a possible alternate. Wasn't really interested, but looked at it, and planned on keeping it under consideration. After looking at it, and going into Billy's office, the sales manager showed up and gave me a fairly hard pitch for the G37, which I was fine with but I explained I am not an impulse buyer and there was nothing about it that said it was such an incredible deal I needed it right then. The sales manager then "remembered" I was waiting for an appraisal, and said "Oh, we could only give you $4-5,000 for it." Even Billy seemed to be surprised at that low ball of an offer and apparently the sales manager didn't realize I had brought the print-out of appraisal and had done a fair amount of research before. As I said, I bought my Altima there, brought my son back to buy his new Altima coupe there a couple of years ago. Am not going back to purchase anything and am telling everyone I know to avoid the place. The Service Dept. has been very good though. More
This was my first new car experience and everyone made it very easy-going and a great experience. I was worried I'd have to try hard to bargain and fight my way in and out for a new car at a good price but very easy-going and a great experience. I was worried I'd have to try hard to bargain and fight my way in and out for a new car at a good price but I'm very happy with my experience. Godwin, the sales agent who assisted me, was great and I'm quite happy with the whole purchase. More

my dealer ratings listed above are my oppinions purely as they relate to Mr. david Le!!! and the other manager I dealt with the first night I arrived at Baker Nissan North What brought me to Baker Jackso they relate to Mr. david Le!!! and the other manager I dealt with the first night I arrived at Baker Nissan North What brought me to Baker Jackson North, through KBB I sent out a request for quote on a Nissan Versa "S", & right away the next morning I recieved a call from Megan Morgan, who no longer works for Baker Nissan North & set up a meeting with her that evening. In the mean time I received an email from her with a price for the versa S of $12,577.00 for a car they didn't even have at the time. Met with Megan, test drove a Versa, must have been an SV, hatchback. I liked it. So we sat done talked & I came up with a drive out of $14,000. I am thinking that I was going to buy a new car that night. so, she proceeded to talk to her manager on call that night, it wasn't David Le, I forget the guy's name, he came back with a drive out of $15,600. I was outraged!!!! I bought my first car like 23 years ago & several since & I am not going to pay MSRP!!!. Did I mention I was outraged. so much so, I told the guy to got "F" himself & left. Got home called Megan & oppologised. After this a couple days later I am talkijng with david Le, we reach a verble aggreement on a price of $13,800 drive out. I am thinking cool. So, not having the car I am waiting for it to arrive any day. actually I found out from another dealer in Katy texas, Champion I believe, that the Versa S was coming from the factory. after 2 weeks of waiting the car, Versa S, arrives at Baker Nissan North. However, I am told by David Le that the car was damaged during shipping & was being sent back to the factory. I am thinking I may be waiting months for another "S" to arrive. Made calls to several dealers to find out the same was true, months before they would get one. Now, I am considering moving up to the SV. I tell this to David Le, in the mean time Megan has left the dealership, and Mr Lee sets me up with Jesse and his wife star to check out the SV. I showed up to look at the SV, and what do I see, the car I've been waiting for sitting right out in plain site. I actually walked right by it thinking it was a Sentra. It was the Black Versa S that I was waiting over two weeks. Did david Le explain to me why, heck no. I never did talk to him in person, only on the phone. I was furious, not outraged again & left. The following morning I called and spoke to Star & later received a call from Mike Luna, we reached an aggreement on a price & I purchased the car that night. Recommending Baker Nissan North, only because of the awesome experience I had with Star & her husband Jesse. They saved the day, deal. I always try to avoid getting involved with a manager. I bought my 01 Altima from Mossy in houston & only dealt with the salesman. Baker Nissan North if it comes to dealing with a manager, Mike Luna, given the circumstances, was a good guy to work with. Now i am happy with my Versa S, getting good gas mileage & enjoying the ride. It doesn't have the same pick up my Altima had, actually will never have again, & having been a standard helped with pick up. I'd still be driving the Altima had a young lady decided to wait for a green light instead of making a left on a red. Intersting finish to my me and my Altima. I was upside down having to crawl out. the end More
I have had all of my body and mechanical work done at Baker Nissan North. This experience was no different then any of the others. The service was great, and the people were awesome. I was involved in an Baker Nissan North. This experience was no different then any of the others. The service was great, and the people were awesome. I was involved in an accident and the at-fault person's insurance forced me to go somewhere else for an estimate. I agreed as long as I could go to Baker to have the work done. Not only did they find hidden damages the other dealership did not, but they took it upon themselves to contact the insurance company and make them aware of it so I didn't have to deal with them myself. I just picked up my vehicle yesterday and I could not be happier. Thank you guys for all of your hard work. it is greatly appreciated. Mark Grimm More
