I am very pleased with the service I received at Baker Nissan. From the moment we met Gabriel, his customer service and attention to detail were fabulous! He listened to our needs, paid attention to our desire, rather than following what would be a "standard sales checklist." As a longtime Nissan owner, I had no desire to drive a vehicle, but my interest was in package details and ultimately price. I did not need "sold" on Nissan, but rather attention to my direction. Gabriel did this, and this was not the first Nissan dealer I visited. He was the ONLY sales person that listened to me first and acted as I directed. In fact, yesterday, my husband and I returned to Baker Nissan and my husband purchased a 2013 Altima 3.5, fully loaded and we went directly to Gabriel. It's all about listening and customer service! My most recent experience with Baker Nissan was fantastic starting with the check in for a service appointment. Carlos Escobar greeted me upon entry and advised me he would be right with me as soon as he fi starting with the check in for a service appointment. Carlos Escobar greeted me upon entry and advised me he would be right with me as soon as he finished handling the customer on the phone. Following a few questions, Carlos brought up my estimate of service items to be completed and reviewed them to make sure I agreed to the work to be performed. Carlos advised he would call me personally to advise of any changes to the work and true to his word he did. The work done on the vehicle was scaled back as the mechanics found the problem(s) to be less than originally estimated (to my advantage/surprise). The charges were far less than originally estimated and the work completed on a timely basis. The new Baker Nissan facility is ample, clean, well lit and accommodating should you decide to wait for an extended period of time. Overall, my experience was extremely pleasant and I would recommend friends and/or family to Baker Nissan for vehicle repairs. More
I had the pleasure of working with Shaun Hazeley when servicing my 2005 Murano. Shaun is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciate the professionalism he showed rather than trying to make commission. Shaun is always very friendly and makes me feel very welcome when I come in to get my car serviced. When I made the decision to purchase a new vehicle Star Norris meet me at the door. Star was very professional, friendly, patient, and from what I could tell a very valuable employee! Star was in high demand my entire visit at the dealership. However, that did not stop her from focusing all of her attention on me as a customer. Star made me feel like part of her family!! I really appreciated that! I will definitely return and recommend others to Baker Jackson Nissan based on my experiences with Star Norris and Shaun Hazeley, thank you for everything guys! More

I visited Baker Nissan b/c my credit union stated they were having a fleet sale at Baker Nissan. I went just to look with no real expectations that i would buy a car (at least that's what i told myself). were having a fleet sale at Baker Nissan. I never felt pressured, or that Iggy my sales consultant and Michael were attempting to sale me anything just to get the sale over. I was heard from the moment I arrived until I left the dealership. I was treated with respect, and things were explained and if I needed more explanation it was given without irritation but in a friendly manner. I was firm on the price i wanted to pay Dain my finance guy heard and made it happen!!!!! I was meet with a friendly smile and full explanation of all the craziness that goes along with signing paper work. I also called Dain several times after the paperwork was signed, sealed and delivered and each time he took my call and explained more. I have had my car for about 3.5 weeks and each day I process in my head my experience at Baker Nissan. I can not find a thing that I can complain about. On my job I provide great customer care as a Nurse Manger and when I am provided customer service I expect the same for myself......that's just what I received at Baker Nissan. Nothing but 5's for this organization and it's employees. i am now looking for a friend or co-worker to refer to Baker. More
