I brought my 2009 Maxima for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked if they could look at why my tire sensor, which flickered a few days before. I was greeted by a polite attendant, who asked me to wait for a service advisor. I didn't have to wait long in the driveway. David Bentz (service advisor) took my information and was very friendly and professional. I went in to wait. He gave me updates twice throughout the service and told me about issues found while they were servicing my car. I chose to go only for the air filter change. He personally came to tell me that he had dropped off my paperwork at the counter and I was ready to go. My car was also washed. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. The Service waiting area is also new and clean. ALL of my previous experiences at Baker Nissan North Service Dept have been outstanding. I don't take my car anywhere else for oil changes. More

In general, I find the car buying experience tedious, and unnecessarily long. Vanessa did her best to go the extra mile in easing the pain typically involved. I'd definitely consider purchasing a car from her in the future, regardless of the dealership she worked for. More

During the test drive, she was very knowledgeable at pointing out the various options of the vehicle (she was very knowledgeable), assisted with negotiating (thank you AWESOME New Sales Mgr Mike Luna and GREAT Finance Mgr Felipe Rodriguez), reviewed all new car info, service info, had my new car washed, detailed, tank filled and ready to drive off the lot at 10:15pm when all was done.
