I bought a 2007 nismo 350z in 2011. I asked the salesman I bought a 2007 nismo 350z in 2011. When I bought the car, that same day later I noticed that two of my guages were not lighting up.so I went back to the baker nissan north n told the service advisor, they had some politics ocurring at the time between service and the pre-owned sales department. And they took me to the sales person who sold me the car to handle the problem. Then the salesman said that, the part is under preowned warranty but the service tech denied and wanted me to pay full amount for both part and repairs. Then the sales and the service department told me they need to switch it to my name, now after tat was done and I paid $1500 to purchase the preowned warranty, the service manager and the preowned sales manager told me that the warranty coverage is in effect 90 days later, so they subtracted and refunded me $1000 out of the retail MSRP that I paid for the preowned 350z nismo. And even after I returned 90 days later, they diagnosed the problem and told me that their some wiring harness issue due to the after market stereo, which I never installed, they cant fix that problem and to this day two of my nismo Z guages do not light up. Ever since that the car was in and out of the Baker Nissan shop for repairs for different things each time. So few months later I got the car evaluated for resale at Carmax, and their expert apraiser documented that the car was in a front end collision, because the cars hood, left fender and front bumper have been repainted, not only that the cars frame was bent and damaged as well. And at the time of purchase the salesman was shady about providing me the Carfax report but he did provide me and it was clear of accidents. Ever since I owned the car the service supervisor Larry helped me with watever he could. He even wrote emails to the owner or his son Brad Baker, but he never reponded and never offerd to help or an alternative, the car's price according to the problems it had, was way too high. The car had numerous electrical and mechanical issues yet to this day. I am still paying notes on it. I can't get rid of it because of its body and frame damage visibility. I purchsed and installed after market low profile wheels and recommended expensive Z rated tires. I had those wheels and tires since 4months, even though after I installed them, I got wheel alignment done at Baker north, where I bought the car and all my repairs done always, the service guy cant figure out the problem why the cars making a rumbling not balanced sound from front tires. James powell is a great service advisor, but obviously he is inexperienced in advising still after all these years. He plainly told me to change my wheels n tires, because his tech can't figure out the problem. More
Back in 2007 I went shopping to buy new car Toyota or Honda. Sales people both dealership not friendly and price too killer high. Then I saw Baker Nissan North next door of Toyota. I went to visit Baker Nissan friendly employees start buying first car 2007 Altima 3.5 and four year later I go buy another 2012 Quest. Then one year later we're planning to buy another car for my kid to college. We're buy another car select 2014 Nissan Versa sedan excellent design and gas. We are Nissan family. I am planning to buy another one next year new design 370 Nismo. Baker Nissan North all friendly employees and willing go extra miles to help what I need my selection of the vehicles. Dealership excellent big lot selection vehicles, clean and nice building. No more Toyota or Honda for me. Thank You Baker Nissan More

We came in for a strange noise in the front engine compartment and were skeptical if they would be able to find the cause. To our pleasant surprise, they did, and the problem was worse than we expect compartment and were skeptical if they would be able to find the cause. To our pleasant surprise, they did, and the problem was worse than we expected. They replaced the problem components and we had our car back in about three days, which was pretty fast in my opinion, especially given that they were swamped on the first day we had the car they and didn't really look at it until the next day. Shaun Hazeley was very professional, courteous and helpful. He deserves a "pat on the back" for customer care! More

First of all, my husband and I visited a dealership the day before going to Baker Nissan North (yea it is right down the street from Baker Nissan..ughhh dont EVER go there…) and I almost had to go up side that salesman's head because he lied multiple times, attempted to get me on the price of the vehicle, and really just believed we were ignorant about the process so he decided to see how far he could hustle us. By the time I made my way to Baker Nissan and Charles Hall (BEST SALES CONSULTANT IN THE ENTIRE HOUSTON AREA...I AM NOT LYING YALL) I was frustrated, tired, not in the mood, and ready to bite someone's head off. Charles Hall quickly unarmed me with his patience, honesty, humor, and overall desire to get me in best vehicle for the budget I came through the door with. I was already approved though an outside bank with a stipulation that I could not purchase a car exceeding 110% of the LTV. Guess what; neither Charles nor any associate in financing attempted to "sale" me on their financing. As a matter of fact they lowered the price of the vehicle so I could meet the LTV restrictions. Yes you read that correctly, they DID NOT run my credit nor did they give me the "run down" on how their financing could/would be cheaper. I wanted to use the financing that I had already secured, I told them so, and they respected it. By far, I was mostly impressed with the way Charles was willing to correspond with me via email/text and "work" the deal out before I even got to their dealership since I was not in the mood to be hoodwinked for 5 hours just to be told "oh we can’t do that but we can do this for you". No switch and bait people, none of that, I was provided with a link of a vehicle via email that met my criteria and needs, a price via a text message along with terms of the deal and guess what.....it was exactly what I received when I walked through the door, it was even a couple hundred dollars cheaper. I walked through that door at 4:30ish, was driving out tooting my horn at 5:30...toot toot! Trust me, go see this man he really is the truth in this business which is very rare...I truly appreciate it. Thanks Charles Hall and the entire team at Baker Nissan North! YOU GUYS ROCK! More
