This experience yesterday of only 2 1/2 hours left me driving out with ANOTHER beautiful RED Juke. I want to personally thank the awesome Finance manager, Michael Luna, (who was the one who spoke to me on the phone to begin with and kept working the numbers to help me), my salesman Iggy who was wonderful and my finance person, who spent time answering all me questions. I have come to Baker Nissan ever since I purchased my car in 2009 and I continue to come here because of the great service that I recieve. The staff in the service department have been here for quite some t in 2009 and I continue to come here because of the great service that I recieve. The staff in the service department have been here for quite some time. Turn over is low which must mean this is a great place to work. They always are very prompt in getting what needs to be done to my car. If it does happen to take a while, they let me know right away. If there are silly things that I take my car in, they do not make me feel ridiculous, but either take care of the issue or show me what I am doing wrong. I would always recommend this dealership. Dealership had the EXACT car I wanted and sold it to me at the advertised price that I saw on their website. This was the smoothest sales transaction I have ever experienced. When I went back 2 months later for a spare tire recall they were very helpful and serviced my car in record time, oil change, all points check, recall issue, AND a car wash! AND, they helped me figure out what a particular gauge reading was that I could not find on the owners manual. Totally happy with the personnel at the dealership and totally in love with my car! More
WOW!!! what a exceptional experience. I brought my murano in for service due to a subtle roaring noise in the rear end. I was recommended by a business associate to go see Gabriel Hernandez. Over the phone he told me not to worry about my previous financial problems and that he would find a way to get me into a brand Gabriel Hernandez. I was hesitant at first, but after taking the drive and sitting at his desk, in a about an hour, I had three different offers infront of me. It was all up to me to decide which vehicle at what monthly payment I felt confortable with. Gabrield really delivered. He had the patience to look at every possible scenario and at the end I selected a brand new 2013 Nissan Sentra SR fully loaded at a payment I felt good about. I am definetly recommeding Gabriel to my friends and relatives. After a year, I am planning on going back to see what magic Gabriel can do to get in to a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. More

He has been my service manager and has never failed to let me know that my concerns are his concerns. James has always gone above and beyond to get me checked in right away, and help me with my service needs. He provides great personalized attention, I get updates from him throughout the day regarding my vehicle and have never been disappointed in the care I receive from him at Baker Nissan North. He definitely gets the 5 star rating in my book. The rest of the staff are very willing to assist and make sure that my needs are taken care of in the quickest and most efficient way. I love this dealership, the service they provide and the personalized attention I receive. My husband and I will never shop another dealership for a vehicle.
