I went in due to the low tire preassure indicator being on, while I was there I also had my oil change done. The staff treated me with courtesy, I did not have to wait not even a minute to speak to a servi on, while I was there I also had my oil change done. At the check out, I was given a summary of my cars needs so I could make a determination what to be perfomed at my next visit (very helpful). More

My sales rep Mr. Mendez was absolutely great. I told him my what I wanted and where I needed my monthly payments to be and that's exactly what he did with no haggle. The financial department had me in and out in less that 45 minutes. Overall it was the fastest and easiest experience I've ever had before and will definitely do business with Baker Nissan North in the future. What a great way to start out the new year!! AWESOME More
I brought in my Nissan Versa on 12-30-13 for the 30,000 mile service - oil change, rotate tires, change AC and air filters, clean and inspect brakes, and service the battery. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he would do. This is the first time I have ever bought a car and went with the first price the dealer quoted. I looked around and knew what I thought a fair price was. I wasn't real excited about the back and forth process to the sales manager that a buyer usually has to deal with. That along with the normal high pressure sales tactics. Surprisingly I didn't have to deal with any of that. My rep gave me a good deal on the vehicle without all the normal car sales games that goes along with the purchasing a car. The financial dept was quick and easy to deal with.They made what is usually a dreaded process painless. More
I came in for 2 things: cancel a warranty & purchase a New Car. Rod Deason approaches me and says, "are you ready." No hand shake, no warm greeting. I follow him to his office, give him the paper work to cancel the warranty. He's says, in a unprofessional tone, "i need to know what i'm closing, I don't know what you have." Almost like he's angry with me. He's missing information. I make a call to get the information he needs, he says, "they're probably closed, you should just come back when you have it." I get the information over the phone that he needs. I ask for the fax number, he just says the fax number out loud. I look at him like, really, you're just going to say it out loud... After staring at him, he then he chooses to write the fax number down, so I can provide it to the agent over the phone. He's says, "as soon as it comes in I'll take care of it." I felt like he just wanted to push me out, like I was inconveniencing him. I ask him for his business card, he say, I can't have you calling me to get the status of this warranty you'll just have to wait 6 to 8 weeks. He's basically pushing me out the door. Rod Deason provided the worse service, lacked integrity, and has no professionalism. Please be careful with this guy. More

GABRIEL HERNANDEZ CONTACTED ME AND HE WAS VERY NICE AND CURTEOUS ON THE PHONE, EVEN OFFERED TO P WHILE SEARCHING THE INTERNET I SAW BAKER NISSAN. MR. GABRIEL HERNANDEZ CONTACTED ME AND HE WAS VERY NICE AND CURTEOUS ON THE PHONE, EVEN OFFERED TO PICK ME UP AT MY RESIDENCE. I TOLD HIM I WOULD CALL HIM BACK BEFORE THE WEEK WAS OVER. TODAY I CALLED AND WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM, HE DIDN'T RUSH ME , AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, I AM SO GLAD THAT OF ALL THE DEALERSHIPS THAT CONTACTED ME I WENT WITH BAKER NISSAN . I AM ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER I GOT A NEW CAR AND I ALSO GOT THE COLOR I WANTED. I WILL DEFINETLY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, MR. HERNANDEZ IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. This was my first time to use Baker Nissan for service, and I was very pleased with the results. Brandon was the service writer and he was very knowledgable of my problem and combined with the technician g and I was very pleased with the results. They recommended other services that could be done, but I elected to not do anything additional at this time. I was not pressured to fix other things at this time. THat is good, because often dealership service writers try to pressure you into fixing things you do not really want to fix at the time. I will return to Baker Nissan North for service in the future. I did have a mechanical problem in the break system with my Nissan Sentra and I was put on a waiting stage in Katy AutoNation with the excuse that I had to wait for the repair part to be order and received my Nissan Sentra and I was put on a waiting stage in Katy AutoNation with the excuse that I had to wait for the repair part to be order and received in order to get my car fix. That was over a month ago and I still waiting for their call to let me know when they can fix my car. When 3 weeks pasted, I call them and they said that I have to keep waiting because they didn't know when they were going to have the part in. I decide to call Baker Nissan North and they asked me to bring my car in for an evaluation and to confirm the issue in my car. I did that the next day in the morning and Mr. Escobar told me that I had to leave my car and they will have it fix within 24 hours. I was very happy and surprised that Mr. Escobar called me only a few hours later to let me know that my car was fix and ready to be pick up. It took Baker Nissan only a few hours, when I still waiting for the people in Katy AutoNation (For about 5-6 weeks) to get my car fixed. That is why I am completely satisfied with the customer service at Baker Nissan North. Their timely response to my concern really shows their efforts to keep people safe and happy about their investments. I will definitely recommend Baker Nissan North to any body, any time, without thinking about it! More
