I had the most unlucky experience at this dealership. I purchased a used SUV from there. It had one previous owner, was clean, with new tires, new breaks, new battery, and the oil just changed. Went throug purchased a used SUV from there. It had one previous owner, was clean, with new tires, new breaks, new battery, and the oil just changed. Went through a quality inspection that rated it in excellent condition. 3 months later out of nowhere it breaks down. Basically needed new parts for the engine and a complete tune-up totaling about 2k in costs. So my advice is if you're in the market at Baker Nissan, buy a new vehicle only. They'll do what they can to work with you on pricing. I've met lots of the employees there during my many visits and all the ones in sales as well as parts/service are friendly and helpful. Even if you can only get a pre-owned one just make SURE it's covered by a very good warranty. Ask for Zack, he's great. Shawn the manager will make sure you're taken care of. And you should be good to go. More

I was in the market for a new vehicle, and was partial to an SUV or Crossover. I test drove the Mazda CX-9, Ford Explorer and the Nissan Pathfinder. By far, the Pathfinder was the best fit for me, mainly due an SUV or Crossover. I test drove the Mazda CX-9, Ford Explorer and the Nissan Pathfinder. By far, the Pathfinder was the best fit for me, mainly due to comfort, visibility (i.e., few blind spots), roominess, smooth ride and the right options I was looking for. Additionally, my Sales Rep. and Finance Manager both treated me with respect and professionalism every step of the way. I did not feel pressured or rushed, and they both answered my questions fully. Overall a very good buying experience and a competitive price. More
This was actually the 3rd vehicle purchase we have have had with Nissan. Our first vehicle purchased was a 2003 Altima then a 2004 Murano. These exceptional treatment of Baker Nissan sales personnel towards their customers truly made us become a loyal Nissan customer and helped us decide to purchase the most loved vehicle we had so far, the 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum premium model. I would say that all around the dealership location's customer service was accommodating to our needs, our time especially since our daughter was with us, the service department was organized and friendly. They treat every buyer the same whether you are buying a used or new vehicle. The dealership offered me a great deal on my new pre-owned certified Nissan and I left with no regrets of our purchase! WHEN I THINK OF NISSAN NORTH I THINK OF SHAUN HAZELEY, HE IS PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLANT IN WHAT HE DOES!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THAT DEALERSHIP FOR 7 YEARS. IT IS ALWAYS A EXCELLANT EXPERIENCE WHEN SH HE IS PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLANT IN WHAT HE DOES!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THAT DEALERSHIP FOR 7 YEARS. IT IS ALWAYS A EXCELLANT EXPERIENCE WHEN SHAUN TAKES CARE OF MY CAR. HE FOLLOWS THROUGH. I WAS THERE ON 01/18/14 FOR A NEW LIGHT BULB, SHAUN WAS NOT THERE. THEY REPLACED THE BULB, STILL DID NOT WORK, SAID IT WAS A WIRE PROBLEM.
