I was reference to Gabriel Hernandez after loosing my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder with only 5000 miles in a car accident. He did a great job and had been monitoring after the sale to ensure everything works great. Also Dain Whyte did a great job with all the paperwork. The process was very quick and very informative. All the people working on this dealer was also very friendly, always checking to see if we needed anything and validating everything was great. I will highly recommend this dealer to anybody looking for a Nissan. I will go back to that dealer with no doubt if I need to go for a new car sometime in the future. More

Venessa (AMAZING SALES CONSULTANT) did a stellar job at contacting me, locating and reviewing various vehicles with the options I desired. She followed up consistently (via both web and phone) and confirmed the appointment, greeted me at the door in a very kind and professional manner. During the test drive, she was very knowledgeable at pointing out the various options of the vehicle (she was very knowledgeable), assisted with negotiating (thank you AWESOME New Sales Mgr Mike Luna and GREAT Finance Mgr Felipe Rodriguez), reviewed all new car info, service info, had my new car washed, detailed, tank filled and ready to drive off the lot at 10:15pm when all was done. My Dodge Ram pickup has been through the ringer, especially since it's one of the few 95 models on the road. He was very up front and straightforward with me from the get-go about what to expect, very transparent from the start . I decided to make the journey. It was sooooo worth the time and effort it took. Both he and Drew Slay made my car buying experience a worthwhile endeavor. From the warm reception at the beginning to the constant attention during the deal to the closing of the deal, I was a very happy customer. Rod's honesty and integrity is unsurpassed. We had an excellent experience and most important was that we found the right vehicle with the help of our good sales person.(Alvaro Martinez) After long the search and finally we got to the financial team that i just want to thank (Felipe Rodriguez) for his help and a really good job that he elaborate with me and given a good explanation of the contract! I found out about Baker Nissan through the Car Pro website and this dealership meets the stringent requirements to be associated with CarPro. I had previously gone to a different dealership but left website and this dealership meets the stringent requirements to be associated with CarPro. I had previously gone to a different dealership but left after a test drive on a new 2014 Pathfinder with a feeling that all he really wanted was to close the deal, and if we weren't ready to deal that day he was moving on to another customer. I also considered the Hyundai Santa Fe, but was dissapointed that the 2014 model was not out yet. After Chris Godwin the general manager contacted me via email and we chatted over the phone, I felt right away that this was going to be a good car buying experience and my feelings were justified. He did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for, but had it available at the other dealership. Over the phone, he gave me a fair price for my trade in and a bottom line price for the new pathfinder. He had it trucked in on Monday and we test drove it on Wednesday. Mr. Godwin turned us over to the very capable hands of Rod Deason, our salesman, and when Mr. Godwin arrived at the dealership (he was off the property when we arrived but he had already informed me that he would be gone and when he would be back), he came over and introduced himself to both me and my husband and also made us feel quite welcome. Back to Rod Deason. Rod's product knowledge is unsurpassed. I have never worked with a salesman that knew his product so well. It was apparant that he reads the manuals also, as he was up to date on the 2014 service schedule (oil changes, etc). He spent a good deal of time with us on the front end even before the deal was closed, making sure we knew about how to access programming features, where all the buttons were to push to adjust mirrors, seats, etc. and was quite thorough with all the features of the car during the test drive. After we decided to buy the car, He spent 4 hours with us off and on, making sure that all the necessary paperwork was taken care of, and informing us of when we would be going in to finance, then telling us clearly what the next steps in our journey was. Carl Baker was pleasant and courteous when working with us on our trade in. We were well taken care of by Felipe Rodriguez in finance - he made the process (which is tedious at best) as quick as possible and we were on our way. He was pleasant and professional as well. We were turned back to Rod, who walked us through the last steps of introducing us to the new vehicle - he paired my bluetooth phone to the system, showed us how the remotes worked, went through every last inch of the vehicle and made sure we were satisfied with the vehicle before we left the property. He also made sure I had his contact information so I can call with any questions or issues. Rod also took us to the service department and gave us a quick tour, and also introduced us to the folks in that department. Overall, from the very nice lady (sorry I do not remember her name) who greeted us at the door when we first arrived, to all the people who work at Baker Nissan, my husband's and mine overall impression is that this is a professional operation and the people enjoy working here as well. The vehicle was spotless when it was delivered to us. It is usually the little things that give me an idea of how well a business is run - happy looking and friendly employees, people following through with what they say they are going to do, employees treating us professionally. I am totally satisfied with Baker Nissan and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle, and let them know Rod will certainly make the process enjoyable. With a great recommendation from a friend who is like Angie's list of our neighborhood, I went directly to Baker Nissan where I contacted Chris Godwin. After speaking with Chris, he referred me to his sales representative Rod Deason . My husband was out of town but I couldn't drive my current car a day longer. I have car anxiety and my current car is a small little sports car and I felt like I was in danger every time I was on the freeway. Houston is full of trucks and SUV's and I felt like I was driving a go-cart. Rod was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he know every detail about each car, he showed a genuine interest in what I needed and wanted in a car. I will highly recommend Baker Nissan, Rod and Chris to all of my friends. More
I went into Nissan to test drive a Versa. I was quickly greeted by Harry. When I explained what I wanted, he took me inside and looked up what they had on the lot that fit my needs. He walked me over to where the Versas where on the lot and then went to grab keys so that we could test drive one. He did grab the wrong ones, but as long as I was test driving one the color of the car did not matter so much. He drove the car off the lot and then pulled over to allow me to drive. He encouraged me to take in on the freeway and the side streets. He made conversation about the features of the car, how they matched what I was looking for, and also friendly conversation about kids and cars, leather seats in Houston, and my partners lead foot. I did not feel pressured to buy, but got a lot of information about the car in a very friendly way. After the test drive, we returned to the lot, he showed me some other Versas that had different features. Then took me inside to get some estimates. Until this point I did not realize that he was new, but he came back with Patrick who explained that since Harry was still in training, Patrick would be doing some of the process. He got information on payments, down, and trade to estimate my payment. While they inspected my trade, Harry showed us around the dealership, including introducing my partner and I to David and allowing us to ask him questions about servicing and oil changes. By this time, I was pretty sure I wanted the versa so when Patrick told me that he thought he could get me in my range, I allowed him to run my credit and get a firm estimate. He quickly came back, told me the results, the best payment was $7 above where I wanted to be and discussed my options. He was honest and helpful and we quickly came to agreement. Rodell entered into the picture to help Harry get all the paperwork done correctly and quickly. He was cheerful and friendly. We got everything signed, including the agreement to tint the windows for me. They also put up with my partner and his asking for free stuff. They were very busy that day . . . very busy and there was a long wait for finance to get the paperwork. During this time, Harry and all where constantly checking on us, updating us on status, and Rodell even popped over to let us know he was leaving but to let Harry and Patrick know if we needed anything. After a wait, Patrick informed me that Brian would come down from finance and be taking care of us, even though he was the boss and rarely helped customers. Brian came and got us quickly. Again he was friendly and conversational. Offered me a deal on a warranty and quickly drew up the papers for us. He explained everything as we signed it and got us headed down to do the final checklist. We met up again with Harry. He walked me through all the features of the car. Explained how to get the tint and free first service scheduled. Then 5 hours later I drove off the lot in my 2014 Versa Note with all of 8 miles on it! I am quite the happy girl. More
