Great buying experience I normally do not write reviews but after the experience I had with Baierl Toyota and Patrick I felt I had to. Usually I dread the whole car buying experience, thankfully I don't have to do it that often. When I arrived at the dealership it was packed. Luckily the General Manager sent me Patrick's way. The entire experience from start to finish was nothing like what I was expecting. Normally I feel like I have to take a shower after leaving a car lot but this time around there was no annoying, pressing sales person. Patrick was open and honest and gave us the information we needed to make the right decision. The negotiation was fast and fair. I told Patrick where I needed to be and he made sure we got there. There was no back and forth meeting in the back room with the manager like you usually see. When the car arrived it was everything I was expecting and more. I will definately be back and would recommend the dealership and Patrick to anyone! More

Successful first car buying experience! Where do I even begin to sing my praises of Patrick! After spending months frustrated and in tears over not finding a car that was in my price range Where do I even begin to sing my praises of Patrick! After spending months frustrated and in tears over not finding a car that was in my price range and dealing with horrible, snotty dealers, thank God Patrick answered the phone when I called the general sales number at Baierl. He emailed price quotes to me in under 10 minutes that were EXACTLY in my price range (he never even asked by the way). I called back and told him that I would be there the next day, when I drove off the lot with my car. People want to feel that "human touch" and respect when they purchase a car and Patrick exudes that philosophy. He's hilarious, honest, smart and down to earth. My FIRST car buying experience was an honest to God dream and I would be surprised if I ever went anywhere else to purchase a car. Experience was quick and easy yet Patrick took the time to make sure I understood the features of my new car and made sure I had his cell phone number. He connected my current smart phone and offered to sync up my new smart phone when i upgrade in a couple of weeks. He kept calling my insurance agent wanting to to make sure the insurance was transferred from Matrix to Prius and asked them to fax a copy of the card so I would be good to go. Insurance Company let me down but not Patrick. He provided the name of his agent since I mentioned I wanted to pursue another agent. I need to come back for the fabric and paint protection and know I will be taken care of quickly. Thanks Patrick and the entire team at Baierl! More

I thought I would be overwhelmed by the new technology but that was not the case. Patrick went through everything step by step making sure I understood all the "bells and whistles" of the 2014 Highlander. Patrick is wonderful to work with and very personable. His "customer service" extended as long as we had our 2010 Highlander and I know it will be the same with our 2014 Highlander. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
