Patrick was awesome, knew what he was talking about and was not pushy at all. I hate pushy salesmen that beat around the bush and have you there for hours trying to make a deal. Patrick knew what he was doing and I for sure will return there again. He will see us when we decide to buy our truck. He also was very helpful when we picked up our car and went above and beyond with the demonstration of the car. We are not very technology smart and he was very patient with us. Plus he gave us his cell phone # to call if we needed him for anything or had questions. The finance girl was really nice and helpful but can't remember her name. Now to enjoy my new Toyota!! More

Dont buy here. If the front desk lady is any indication of their service then we are in trouble. We just took my husband's Prius for an annual inspection. The woman at the front desk (no name tag), greeted us while chewing the rest of her breakfast, never cracked a smile and couldn't remember a 5 letter name. When we returned to pick up the car she was equally rude. When another employee heard us talking about her, he said she was new. We said oh and maybe understood a little bit until he said she transferred from another Toyota dealer. She should have been transferred to the unemployment line! Not sure if we will come back here for any more services but definitely will not buy here again since customer service ends with your signature on the sale agreement. More

However, after meeting with Patrick, he made me feel quite comfortable with a new car purchase. We had a 3 year old and a 1 year old there while we made the purchase as well. Patrick was so patient with them and made things go as quick as possible.
