Fast and Friendly I went for my 10k oil change and also needed an inspection & emissions. I made the appointment online which was easy. When I got to the appointment at the service dept they were busy. But was greeted quickly and was told someone would be with me shortly. I only waited a couple of minutes before the service person attended to me. the service that I requested was done in about an hour. Which was quick considering how busy they were and services requested. Once service was done the attendant walked me out to my suv to make sure I was able to find it. In the 2 times that I have been to the service department which this was my second. The service is always superior. More
