However, my most recent service appointment was excellent. No doubt the Service Manager Sean has done a great job of correcting what was wrong before. Lee was my service advisor and she was very professional and helpful. Baierl offered my a car service to take me back to my house and pick me up when my vehicle was done. They were prompt and friendly. My vehicle was done ahead of the estimated time of completion. If you had a bad experience in the past, I believe you will be happy with the change in culture that has been implemented. Great job all the way around! I truly feel like an appreciated customer.
