Dropped off my M3 after getting a transmission error light, they took me right in and I was even offered a loaner vehicle while my car was being diagnosed. my car was diagnosed. Being from out of state light, they took me right in and I was even offered a loaner vehicle while my car was being diagnosed. my car was diagnosed. Being from out of state, they made some minor repair enabling me to continue my trip home and decide what to do. The staff at the dealership were all great. Everyone was as professional as could be and also very friendly and helpful. Upon picking up my car they had even washed it, making the experience even better. A+ service department. Even Tom Dolan in sales helped me out, and I was not even buying a car! Can’t ask for more than that. Just a courteous staff all around! More
