From the phone call to saying we were inbound, till the view of the dealership in the rear-view mirror on our way home in the new X5. Everyone involved starting with Tom Dolan (Papa Smurf) who took that inbound call and had things rolling before we got there and continued that superior service by keeping us informed through out the process. Michael Scholer showed us his A-game with the paperwork and Hunter did a noteworthy job of introducing us to the many hidden features (now if I could just find them again). More

I returned my lease here after 36 months. Everyone was very pleasant. They tried to get me to pay $3100 to turn in my car. They measured the tread depth from the wearbar and told me I had to pay for 4 new very pleasant. They tried to get me to pay $3100 to turn in my car. They measured the tread depth from the wearbar and told me I had to pay for 4 new tires at $400 each. All four wheels had scratches they said I had to buy four new ones at $300 each. They said I could have an independent appraisal but they would be "less kind". Having worked in the auto industry I know when a scam is being perpetrated. Obviously I left the car and did not pay them. Just got the real bill from BMW after the independent appraisal. $750 total for buffing the scratched wheels. Run don't walk!!! More
