BMW of Westlake - Service Center

Everyone at the dealership is very nice! It’s always a pleasure to go there! The reason I gave four stars is because when I brought my car in for a repair under warranty they also serviced the car, which pleasure to go there! The reason I gave four stars is because when I brought my car in for a repair under warranty they also serviced the car, which I didn’t know they would do till it was done, and it had been only five months and not many miles since the previous service. When I brought my car back for another warranty repair at the three-year anniversary, seven months after the last service, they wouldn’t service it because it had been too recent since the last service. Bottom line is I have to start paying for my own annual service seven months earlier than I would have if they had just waited to service it at my anniversary date. Clearly a first world problem. Overall I’m very happy with BMW Westlake More
