They are always timely, proactive, and stellar in their communications and while I don't ever enjoy going for service, they really do make it as painless as possible. Little warning though: I almost dinged them a star this time because that new-ish espresso/cappuccino/coffee maker brews the worst tasting liquid EVER. You can't even CALL it coffee. It is absolutely vile and I truly hope they go back to a Keurig or add a reminder in their service text reminders to bring my own. I tried 3 different options (regular coffee, cappuccino, and espresso) thinking one of them had to be edible and could barely get down a single sip of any of the three. Wow is it bad. More
