I don't normally go to Ganley BMW because the service was always bad, but today I needed to have new wiper blades and I didn't feel like driving to Dave Walter in Akron so I stopped by Ganley to try and get always bad, but today I needed to have new wiper blades and I didn't feel like driving to Dave Walter in Akron so I stopped by Ganley to try and get new windshield wiper blades. I was very kindly greeted at the front door, which is new!! I also was introduced to the new manager Frank Steffen. He was very nice and lead us to the Cassie the Service advisor who made our experience very easy and quick. Bill the sales and parts director was also very helpful and nice. Dan Worked hard to fix my windshield problem, and it was a very nice and great change from my past experience at Ganley. I will be happy to return to Ganley in the future for service and sales.
