Carlos, the "manager" got visibly upset with me, the customer, during attempts at price negotiation. I was offering around $500 over invoice as a starting point, That annoyed him. After hammering out another number, I mentioned a trade-in. That really ticked him off. He demanded, in a very unpleasant manner, to know why I hadn't told him up front. At that point I decided that there was no way I would ever do business with such a jerk.<br>Arriving home, I called another dealer who immediately got the deal. The other dealer said they get quite a few deals beecause of dear Carlos, but that it is unfortunate that he "cheapens the sales experience" for customers. Avoid.
