I was very impressed with the service at Ganley BMW. Tom was very easy to talk to. He and Fred Palmer were wonderful to work with. I was able to negotiate a price of vehicle I was comfortable with. I was skeptical because I am a woman and felt the salesman may try to give me a hard time but they gave me excellent service. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from metro Lexus but I was hassled by the salesman and the manager did not call me back when I wanted to report a complaint! I plan to make a future purchase at Ganley. They were wonderful! More
This was a flawless new car experience. The pre-sale communications provided by Frank Steffen was often and accurate. The delivery of the car was smooth , with Mike Hall making the finance part painless and Dirk Steffen providing all the information I needed to feel proficent with the cars capabilities. They even gave me a gift of a BMW umbrella at new car delivery, which was a nice momento of the experience and appreciated. More
Went to look at a used mini cooper. The service and friendliness were outstanding. As I had not fully prepared to BUY, only look, I didn't have my checkbook with me. This was the first time I bought a car at a distance. I live in Dayton and Tom Zito did an outstanding job of answering my questions at all times of the day and night over a week long period. I purchased one car from here and had a great experience with it. So when I saw the new F30 3 series, I knew I was going to get another one here. I worked with the same Client Advisor as before and they wer with it. So when I saw the new F30 3 series, I knew I was going to get another one here. I worked with the same Client Advisor as before and they were informative, responsive, and not pushy. He was willing to "go to bat for me" when it came to negotiating and we worked out a great price. I even felt comfortable recommending my mom to Ganley for a SUV/SAV she was looking at. While she will most likely go domestic, she liked the experience as well. Overall, great dealership and I have had no issues with their service department either. Being in marketing, I also appreciate their social media efforts and hope to see that program blossom a bit and really enhance the customer interaction with the dealership. Do yourself a favor and go visit, test drive one of these machines and just drive! More

Jay Traner gave me good looks and explanations of the features of the models X3 and X5 that I was interested in and provided test drive opportunities for both models. Jay worked with the staff to appraise my Tahoe trade-in and get me the very best valuation they could, which exceeded my expectations. Jay communicated with me via e-mail which helped me a lot given my daily schedule. Mike did a very nice job of explaining the financing documents and all of the alternative service plans. The X3 is a great car, much fun to drive, and a nice change from the Tahoe. More
