The dealer rep 'Q' contacted me the same day via email, and we exchanged texts as he developed an understanding of the car I was after. He is a true car guy, and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing something that wasn't what I really wanted. Although the first car wasn't quite perfect, he located another car and offered it to me at an extremely competitive price, along with a competitive trade-in value for my vehicle (sight unseen). Although the dealership was almost five hours away, it was worth the drive there for the stellar service and attention to detail. When I arrived, the car was ready to go, including a full tank of gas. The transaction went smoothly, and the few issues that needed to be resolved were handled professionally and very quickly. Everyone at the dealership, including the financial manager Dan, was excellent to work with. I wound up financing through the dealership, as the rate was outstanding compared to my personal options. I didn't even attempt to negotiate the price, as I felt it was more than fair and competitive at the as-offered price, and attempting to haggle down further didn't seem worthwhile. In sum, I drove almost five hours one-way to conduct a vehicle transaction because the other BMW dealers in town weren't worth my business. I plan on returning to BMW of Middleburg for my next car purchase, when the time comes. Thank you! More
