The sales people are knowledgable and courteous, the business office competent and efficient and the service department outstanding. Our most recent purchase of of 2010 650 convertible in 2010 and a 350 xdrive wagon this past July were purchased through sales rep Scott Bennet. He has always been honest, knowledgable, and works around our schedules. He has always followed up on our purchases with phone calls, emails and offers to help with any questions or problems we might encounter, for example, programming the garage door remote. We intend to purchase the BMW brand in the future and will buy from Ganley BMW and ask for Scott Bennet as our sales rep. More

The crew at Ganley has provided service for my last 8 BMWs and consistently done a great job. Some are older cars with 100,000 plus miles while others are new cars still under warranty. I like the 75,000 mile club and the competitive charges associated with this for the older cars. It's great to be able to talk with the service advisor and with the mechanic directly if I need to. The salesman, Jerry Mancini, is a decent guy, he should go to work for another dealership. I was told when I bought the car that it was certified pre owned and that the car goes through a rigorous multi po go to work for another dealership. I hit a pothole last weekend and damaged both run flat tires on the passenger side. I called Ganley to take the car in for repair but they were too busy to get to it right away. I called another dealer who took it in right away. They told me they discovered that when they removed all four wheels and tires that three of the wheels and tires were one size and the other whell and tire was a differnt size. Needless to say I question the CPO process at Ganley when they can't even check that the wheels and tires are the same size. I called the service manager to let him know what happened, he didn't know what to do so he handed me off to the used car sales manager, the used car sales manager was the opitome of a used car salesman and treated me like it was my fault. Needless to say I am very suspect of the CPO process that BMW uses and I will never set foot in any Ganley dealership again. More
