This is my 2nd new car from Ganley BMW and John Caruso. John is great to work with and makes the experience easy and comfortable. The dealership on the whole is great as well, with a wide selection of cars that are ready to go and service that, while I have only used it minimally (great cars!) has been perfect. Therefore, in my opinion, Ganley BMW gets my highest rating because the selection is great, the service department is easy to work with and requires zero hassle, and my sales experience with John Caruso has always been outstanding. John has checked in with me periodcally over the years that I've had the BMWs and is always there to answer questions and help with the new car process. Overall, in my 20+ years of driving and buying cars, the best dealership experience has been, by far, at Ganley BMW. More

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2009 BMW 328i 2 door coupe from Jerry Mancini at Ganley BMW in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. I had been searching for a perticular group of options and color schemes and the coupe from Jerry Mancini at Ganley BMW in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. I had been searching for a perticular group of options and color schemes and the vehicle showed up on the BMW CPO website search. After submitting a request for information, he called me promptly the next morning, provided the information I requested and answered all my questions about the vehicle, assuring me the vehicle was spotless. The purchase process by phone went quickly. Since I was an out-of-state buyer, Jerry met me at the airport (on his day off) and took me to the dealership where he made sure I was thoroughly satisfied with the car before we started the paperwork. There were absolutely no surprises: the car was immaculate, the paperwork was in order, and everyone was very cordial and helpful. They also treated me like I was a frequent customer. I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle out-of-state and travel to pick it up sight unseen, but I would not hesitate to do it again with this dealership and Jerry in particular. More

Going to Ganley BMW is like going home. They have a great sales staff, and John is always attuned to my needs. My car was shiny, clean and ready to roll. My 128I was a used car with 15,000 miles, but it looked (inside & out) like a brand-new car. John made sure all of my questions were answered, as did Mike. The delivery of my car was flawless. Frank and Brooks helped me tremendously with an out of state BMW purchase. The process could not have been more pleasant, from the youtube video of the car, to the paperwork processing, even assisting wi state BMW purchase. Im from Detroit Michigan and drove over 3 hours to purchase my new BMW X3 from Ken Delek at Ganley BMW. There was plenty of BMW dealers I could have choosen to do business with that where closer, but purchase my new BMW X3 from Ken Delek at Ganley BMW. There was plenty of BMW dealers I could have choosen to do business with that where closer, but the drive from Detroit to Cleveland was well worth it to purchase my new Vehicle. When I initially started looking to purchase my new vehicle, I visited a few local BMW dealers in the Detroit area, and they just left a bad taste in my mouth. There was no negotiation in the price, and I was told that the X3 was one of the best selling vehicles and it was a take or leave it price. The dealer in Detroit literally told me that the X3 was in such tight supply, if I didn't buy it, they would sell it to someone else. Needless to say, I walked out and let them sell the vehicle to someone else at full price. At this point, I was really considering not purchasing a BMW at all and was looking at purchaing the Ford Edge. I knew deep inside that the Ford Edge was going to compair to the BMW, and instead of trying to second guess myself, I decided just to go ahead and give BMW a second chance. I did some research on the internet, and got several quotes for the X3 from several BMW dealers that where within drving distance of my home. After doing my research and compairing prices, Ken Delk and Frank Steffen at Ganley BMW had given me the best price. I figured I had saved about $3,000 compaired to some of the other dealers I had gotten prices from. Initially I had made contact with the General manager Frank Steffen, and from there Ken Delek helped ansewer all my questions and guided me through the entire sales process. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and I would probably say that Ken is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is very professional and there was absolutly no pressure during the entire sales process. What I believe really made the difference was what happened after the sale. Usually when you get a new car, they hand you the keys and you drive away. I was really impressed with the amount of time Ken spent with us to show us all the new features such as setting up the integration of our smart phone with the navagation system. He even programmed in his own personal cell phone number into the system so we could call him if we had questions on how to use something. The dealership closed at 9pm, and Ken stayed with us well after closing, to make sure we where confident enough to use all the new features before he allowed us to leave. I would deffinitly recommend Ken Delek at Ganley BMW to anyone looking to purchase a new BMW. Thank You Ken Claude G. More
