Mike is very friendly, and treated me very well. He is very professional. The dealership has always treated me well. I have been a customer there for 3 years. I have not liked going to other dealerships very professional. The dealership has always treated me well. I have been a customer there for 3 years. I have not liked going to other dealerships that rush through the write up process like cattle in a pen. More
This dealership tried to tell me there was $3000 worth of repairs needed to my car. When I got a second opinion, I discovered none of the problems Ganley BMW told me about were real. Be careful that this s repairs needed to my car. When I got a second opinion, I discovered none of the problems Ganley BMW told me about were real. Be careful that this scam does not happen to you at Ganley BMW--please get a second opinion to avoid having thousands of dollars of work quoted to you when none is necessary. More
I ordered a 2007 and was pleased with the deal (how good of deal are you going to get on a car in this much of demand). I was extremely pleased with my Sales advisor David who not only was very knowledgeab of deal are you going to get on a car in this much of demand). I was extremely pleased with my Sales advisor David who not only was very knowledgeable but an owner for some time. He not only helped me make good choices he has been there for me since the sales. he has helped me select extras for my 3 series like permoance parts that have maintained my warranty while accomplishing objectives I had. david has even talked me out of poor choices. My next car will be purchased from David if he is still at Ganley. All my experiences have been good. The sales was good, when I ordered my car I was provided with VIN and cargo hauler so I could track the shipment into the port and what not. When I picked up my car it was like an event and I was thoroughly demonstrated most of what I could absorb. Service has always been good. i have delt with all the service advisors who have been knowledgeable and have helped me with everything I wanted. I will not think about taking my car to anyone else. The service department takes an intrest in my car and makes me feel as if they respect my car and it is more than just a job for them. Everytime I get my car back it is clean and everything is just as I want it. Ganley is a bit further from my house than a couple other dealers but I go there because I preferred the experience from that I was getting from other dealers in my area. I will be a repeat customere. More
I have abandoned this dealer a long time ago. I had an X5 which was bought from a Ganley Ford and it has about 20k miles on it. So i worked with Ganley while my vehicle was under warranty. I even extended it which was bought from a Ganley Ford and it has about 20k miles on it. So i worked with Ganley while my vehicle was under warranty. I even extended it to 70k. For a while before running past 70k my car needed a sensor changed. When i got it back the car ran ok for a while at least.. Then it overheated badly and i shut it off immediately with no warning whats so ever about the temp of the car...I get out of the car and the hose that should never come off by itself was out...obviously someone at Ganley when they changed that sensor they forgot to secure that hose. Obviously the car was out of its warranty by about 2k miles so they left the billing up to me. ( Dealers you must love them" Upon taking looking at the lose hose i find a substance on its walls a white hardened substance. We find out that its a temporary fix liquid that hardens in order for the vehicle to not leak. I kept telling them that coolant was leaking and their reply was a mere 'we pressurized it and it is fine' After I took the car in...they told me that this happened because there was in fact a coolant leak but it was an 'internal coolant leak and that is not the same thing' . So after all there was something wrong with my car while in warranty, but they didn't find it until it went out of the warranty.....They tried to bill 5k More
I'd bought a new 2004 BMW 330xi from this dealership. My salesperson was very accomodating - Harry Baker. He made the process very simple. Carlos does a decent job even though he can come off as a little ar salesperson was very accomodating - Harry Baker. He made the process very simple. Carlos does a decent job even though he can come off as a little arrogant at times. The after sales-service in this dealership however is VERY VERY BAD. The service personnel tend to patronize the customers and try to find excuses to not adddress problems. The waiting lounge reminds one of a 3rd world railway station and they don't even wash the vehicle unless you demand for it. I can guarantee that I will not be buying another vehicle from them. Instead if Dave Walter BMW, which is what I use for my service instead, does not give me a decent price on my next BMW, I will be taking my money to a local Mercedes-Benz dealership. More
I was pleased with the deal I secured along with the general experience. My only complaint was the "bank fee" that made it's way into the cap cost of the lease. We had not discussed it before it came general experience. My only complaint was the "bank fee" that made it's way into the cap cost of the lease. We had not discussed it before it came time to sign. The monthly payment that was negotiated already included it, though, so I went through with the purchase. I would buy another car from this dealership. More
Carlos, the "manager" got visibly upset with me, the customer, during attempts at price negotiation. I was offering around $500 over invoice as a starting point, That annoyed him. After hamme me, the customer, during attempts at price negotiation. I was offering around $500 over invoice as a starting point, That annoyed him. After hammering out another number, I mentioned a trade-in. That really ticked him off. He demanded, in a very unpleasant manner, to know why I hadn't told him up front. At that point I decided that there was no way I would ever do business with such a jerk.<br>Arriving home, I called another dealer who immediately got the deal. The other dealer said they get quite a few deals beecause of dear Carlos, but that it is unfortunate that he "cheapens the sales experience" for customers. Avoid. NOTE: the salesman, who was not allowed to negotiate, was very pleasant. More
