Had an absolutely great experience with Dirk! He went out of his way and stayed late to ensure we had the level of support necessary to make an educated decision regarding the lease of our new BMW. I was committed to buying a BMW, I knew the model and year I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. I met with several BMW dealers looking for the best deal. I called Ganley BMW and worked with Jerry Ma year I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. I met with several BMW dealers looking for the best deal. I called Ganley BMW and worked with Jerry Mancini. Over the course of a couple phone calls over a 2-3 hour period we reached a deal on a Certified BMW. I found Jerry to be very knowledgable of the BMW product and flexible in the negotiation process. Although, I had not seen or driven the vehicle, I was comfortable agreeing to purchase due to the comfort level I experienced with Jerry. The negotiation process was hassle free, and I felt no pressure from Jerry. When I arrived at the dealreship, the other employees were friendly, introducing themselves and ensuring I was attended to in a timely manner. This was important as I had been to other dealerships where my experience was quite different. When you are paying a lot for a car you expect employee respect and high quality service. I got exactly that at Ganley BMW. I appreciated that Fred Palmer introduced himself and took my wife and I directly to the car which was perfectly detailed and ready to go. Mike Hill very effeciently walked me through the paper signing process explaining the warranty and other service programs available. Then Jerry walked me through all the controls/options in the car demonstrating how each worked. It sounds basic but there are so many things you can do with a car today -from the radio programming, to setting the Bluetooth for your phone. to understanding the navigation system. I recommend Ganley BMW to all potential BMW buyers. More

Dirk approached us first and made us feel welcomed to their Dealership. He was very patient with us, answering all our questions and getting to know us a bit. Since he was involved with another transa their Dealership. He was very patient with us, answering all our questions and getting to know us a bit. Since he was involved with another transaction instead of making us wait, he introduced us to Brooks Rorapaugh who is very patient, listens, is very, very knowledgeable about their products and spent an incredible amount of time with us. We returned the next day, which was Christmas Eve. They were suppose to close at 2pm however, Brooks and Mike Hall stayed well beyond their closing time with us and even on a Holiday! Then while half way home, Brooks noticed that we had forgotten some of our paperwork. He called us and met us where we were on the road, to hand deliver them to us! Frank Steffen was very friendly to us & even extended his offer of help for me to find information on my past relatives in Germany. Mike Hall explained all of the financial information in detail to us and again stayed late on Christmas Eve for us, just so we could take our new car home that day! Since, I have stopped by the dealership a couple of times, without a scheduled appointment, to have Brooks go over a few things with me a again and he was always available to help me and always very pleasant. Never once, in dealing with Ganley BMW were we made to feel uncomfortable or pressured. Previous to going to Ganley we had went to another dealership... the salesman did not ride with us when we test drove the vehicle (was not a BMW dealership), nor was he very knowledgeable about the equipment on the car. We were very impressed with the knowledge that Brooks of Ganley BMW had and that he rode with us during our test drive explaining and showing us things. More
