After hearing my concern about parking the vehicle in my small garage, he suggested I take the vehicle for the weekend. He worked with me to come up with an excellent price with no haggling. He processed all of the paperwork in no time at all, without me wasting my time going to the BMV or title office. He knew the car inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions. His easy-going personality made it really easy to find out all the information I needed in order to go forward with the purchase. Mike got me through the paperwork quickly and had an answer for every question I asked. He was courteous enough to listen to my experiences with the new vehicle and added in his own insight. He followed up with us after our first visit, set a test drive, and provided us the opportunity to meet with Frank Steffan, manger and the Ganley team. Frank and John made our purchase of the new 640i Grand Coupe a great experience. They were reasonable on pricing both the new car and trade in. They took out the haggling, back and forth negotiations and were very fair to me (and I do my homework on both sides of the deal). The negotiation process took less than 15 minutes and was a very pleasant experience. For me in all my car purchases (this is my fourth BMW, but first through Ganley), that was a very unique experience. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone on the Ganley staff was pleasant and customer focused. Fred Palmer did our closing and was honest, professional and efficient. All in all I have nothing but great things to say about our experience in purchasing our new BMW at Ganley. I recently purchased a new 535i at Ganley and was very pleased with the experience. Brooks was very open regarding pricing, incentives and opportunities to buy new, service loaners or CPO vehicles. He did such a good job I ultimately bought a brand new 535i loaded with options and felt good about the deal...the new 5 series really is representative of the "ultimate driving machine" brand that BMW promotes. this is the second BMW that I have purchased from Ganley and have had a very good experience with the car buying process and service...I would highly recommend Ganley if you are in the market for a new or used car...and be sure to contact Brooks Rorapaugh or Frank Steffen in sales. Frank has changed this image and elevated the par high enough for me to refer my friends and family member to him. As you know an institution needs an honest players to succeed and Frank is paying a pivotal role In improving this image. I thank him for all his efforts and wish him a continuous success in moving this dealership to a different level. Vince is the ultimate gentleman. Both my wife and I dealt with him when we got our cars. He demonstrated extreme knowledge about the car especially my new M6 and had everything ready for me upon delivery.
