There was no BS and no drama ; just a comprehensive proposal covering every detail of both transactions that was better than I expected based on the extensive online research I had done..I got to the dealership at 11:30 am, talked with John, looked at two cars,reached an agreement, had the paperwork completed, the car detailed and was on my way home by mid afternoon.
