When I came to the dealership I was unsure about what kind of car I wanted to buy. I was in the market for something, I just didn't know what. I had been to 8 different dealerships and had looked at almost every type of car, but not one salesman came to greet me in the lot until I went to Ganley BMW. Jerry Mancini came right out and we walked the lot and he took the time to figure out what I was looking for. There were two different options I was looking at and Jerry was right there with me during both test drives to help explain all the features the cars were equipped with. Jerry even had the decency to grab an umbrella for me because it was raining. Fred gave me a great deal and all in all I was so impressed by how honest and persistent Larry was. He was a great listener and made sure I was happy when I left. I will buy again from this dealership. Just as the BMW is the ultimate driving machine you also have the ultimate people working for you. Thanks again Ganley BMW. More
I am completely impressed with this dealer, and the salespersons. My initial and ongoing consistent contact was with Dirk Steffan who was professional, friendly, kind, and did not at all pressure me i salespersons. Nor did his brother, Frank, although I had less interaction with him, but he did provide much needed information on a day that Dirk was not working. I appreciate their candor, and don't feel they were just trying to make a sale. They were completely understanding of my financial position, and made everything work to my liking. I have appreciated the follow-up as well as the initial meeting and ongoing transactions. Unlike so many other dealers, this was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. In my opinion, it all comes down to how they make you feel, and I never felt as if I was trying to be "sold" on anything. More

I was very impressed with the service at Ganley BMW. Tom was very easy to talk to. He and Fred Palmer were wonderful to work with. I was able to negotiate a price of vehicle I was comfortable with. I was skeptical because I am a woman and felt the salesman may try to give me a hard time but they gave me excellent service. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from metro Lexus but I was hassled by the salesman and the manager did not call me back when I wanted to report a complaint! I plan to make a future purchase at Ganley. They were wonderful! More

The delivery of the car was smooth , with Mike Hall making the finance part painless and Dirk Steffen providing all the information I needed to feel proficent with the cars capabilities. They even gave me a gift of a BMW umbrella at new car delivery, which was a nice momento of the experience and appreciated. More
This was the first time I bought a car at a distance. I live in Dayton and Tom Zito did an outstanding job of answering my questions at all times of the day and night over a week long period. Went to look at a used mini cooper. The service and friendliness were outstanding. As I had not fully prepared to BUY, only look, I didn't have my checkbook with me.
