This is a bit dated, but....we leased a new vehicle and financed a vehicle we had been leasing. Everyone we met or talked to were GREAT to work with, but something seemed to get lost a little bit in deali financed a vehicle we had been leasing. Everyone we met or talked to were GREAT to work with, but something seemed to get lost a little bit in dealing with everyone (together) who needed to provide a service to get us out the door (timely) with our vehicles. Getting our previously leased vehicle CPO'd took a lot longer than we were led to believe. The dealer did apologize for everything and will take care of us in the future when we need service on our vehicles. All told, I'd give them a B+/A-. Not bad in my opinion. More
I have only good to say about Ganley BMW. When getting a new car, the worst part is typically the negotiation process - especially when trading in an existing vehicle. Dirk and Frank were both very pleasurable and easy to work with. They were not pushy typical car sales men. My husband wanted to lease a 2013 BMW M6. We were having difficulty getting sufficient information about the car from our local BMW dealership. From the moment I spoke with Ken the first time, he answered my questions about the car, searched for a car while we were still on the phone, and in less than 24 hours, we had a price on the car. Ken was very personable, professional, and polite. When my husband acquired the car, Ken spent well over an hour demonstrating the many features on the car. Ken made the process very easy, and we highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a BMW. More

I was in the market to purchase my wife a new X5. She I was in the market to purchase my wife a new X5. She wanted black and at the time they did not have any new in stock. They did have a demo black X5 I was in the market to purchase my wife a new X5. She wanted black and at the time they did not have any new in stock. They did have a demo black X5 with 3200 miles in pretty good condition except road chips and a scratch on the passager door. After hours of promises from the sales and service managers that these issues would be resolved we went ahead and purchased this vehicle. We took it home on that Saturday, expecting all issues to be resolved early the next week. We called Monday morning to schedule the repair issues, conveniently the next availble appointment wasn't until that Friday (note outside the 3-day contract concelation period) That Friday came and they picked up the vehicle and four hours later they returned it. All I have to say they took a paint repair kit, one that you can buy at any auto part store that has the built in brush, and brushed paint on the sratch and road chips. Mind you this was a $58,000 purchase. The service person that dropped off the vehicle commented how horrible the repair looked. After hours of discussions with both service and sales their last comment where, sorry your out of the 3 day cancelation period thats the best we can do. My advice to anyone wanting to purchase anything from there is to go and sit in their waiting area and listen to the complaints that the customers voice there. John More
Overall I could not be more satisfied with my overall purchasing experience for my new 2012 BMW 528i; from my initial contact through delivery..... Dirk responded to my email inquiry within minutes, indi purchasing experience for my new 2012 BMW 528i; from my initial contact through delivery..... Dirk responded to my email inquiry within minutes, indicating the car I wanted was still there; we scheduled a time to drive it the next day...car and him were both available at time promised. The test drive exceeded all expectations as Dirk took a lot of time explaining all of the features/benefits of the 528 and allowed me to drive it as long as I needed to decide. He is passionate about the BMW brand and it shows in his sales presentation and knowledge about BMW. The negotiation process was very smooth and within minutes we had a deal. Dirk addressed my follow up calls within minutes as well. The GM, Frank, was also very friendly and pleasant to deal with, as was the finance manager. The car was ready for delivery right when promised and was spotless. Without question, all of my future BMW purchases will be at Ganley and with Dirk. More
Just got our third new BMW through Ganley. As usual the team there was AWESOME!
