I have purchased 5 BMW's from Ganley BMW. I have seen new employees who seem committed and enthusiastic to customer care. I see a noticeable improvement in service compared to 2007. The reputation of the dealership of bmw middleburg heights is going up over the 2 years which coincides with some management changes I suspect. I have dealt with many of the new car sales team and I am impressed how helpful when the primary sales person was not available. Roland was a great addition to service. When Ken is not available I feel comfortable with the other team members and Robert Strecker GM is always available to address any concerns. I am looking forward to taking my bmw's to the new ganley bmw when they relocate. More

Jerry Mancini was recommended to us. We called for an appointment, he quickly returned our call. When we arrived at the dealership, he welcomed us graciously, as well as other employees. Our experience was unbelievably pleasant and successful as I was able to purchase my first BMW (Certified Pre-Owned), a dream I have had for many years. Every employee from beginning to the end, choosing a car, the test drive, the application process, the financing process, and delivery was exceptional. We even encountered an issue with the car after getting it home and Mr. Mancini helped me expeditiously resolve the issue through the Service Dept. and having my car delivered back to me in a timely manner. Mr. Mancini has called me several times to follow up with me and to be sure everything is going well with my car, he has been more than gracious with his time and expertise. As well, Bill Kenney, Parts & Service Director, called me to follow up re my service experience and also offered his cell for me to contact him any time. Our overall experience at Ganley BMW was and continues to be exceptional. I wish Mr. Mancini much continued success. More

He gave me a fair price on trade for my vehicle . He worked with his superiors to give me the best deal he could on the price of my desired vehicle. It is a 2010, BMW hardtop convertible. When I got it home, we noticed a crack in the windshield. It was very difficult to see. I called Jerry, He asked me to bring it in. They looked it over, and replaced it for me, and provided a loaner BMW so that I would not be inconvenienced. The service department could not have been more helpful. Purchasing that convertible and working with Jerry and the staff at Ganley was a pleasant experience.. More

Having been to Ganley in the past and feeling high pressure salesmanship, I was skeptical my experience would be any different this time around. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. It see pressure salesmanship, I was skeptical my experience would be any different this time around. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. It seems there is new management in the sales department and I couldn't have been treated better! The sales staff was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about their product. Being an informed buyer, I often test sales people with less obvious facts about their product to see how much they really know about it. From the salesmen on the floor, to finance and even the sales manager, I was very impressed. I was back and forth between the new 3 series and a 5 series so I made several visits to the dealership. One might think I would be pressured into purchasing the more expensive 5 series but in fact, my salesman (Dirk) carefully considered my personal needs for the vehicle and recommended the less expensive 3 series. All in all, a very low pressure experience and I would highly recommend Ganley to anyone in the NE Ohio area in the market for a BMW. More

I have purchased, Corvettes, Lincolns, Volvos, Mercedes and BMWs and I have never never met a young man as detailed and knowlwedgeable about the BMW Brand. He is by far, the best I have ever met. Go to Ganley and ask for Sean Roberts...you won't be disappointed ! More

Two days later I picked the car up from the dealership. It looked beautiful-I was very excited to just drive off in a hurry. But.... Dirk showed me all of the functions of the vehicle, he went over all the things I would need to enjoy my X3 to the fullest. I was there longer than I had expected, but it turns out it was well worth the intro because I did learn things about the vehicle I may not have known. Dirk was very thorough and informative. Drove 150 miles to purchase an x3 at Ganley because of the price, but I couldn't be happier with their service. Jerry Mancini was a pleasure to deal with, and the car has been well worth the drive. They handeled our out of state registration and tags for us. Nice to deal with a dealership that I felt gave a great price and service. If you are an out of state buyer and are worried about not seeing the car prior to arrival mine was just as advertised. I saved much more than the gas it cost to drive their and back, and the staff was great to work with. It was worth the drive from Michigan and will do it again to avoid having to deal with the dishonest salesman at a not to be named West Bloomfield dealership. Thanks Jason More
