I recently purchased a 535i from Ganley BMW in Middlleburg Heights Ohio. It was a very pleasant experience and I am thoroughly enjoying my new car which i picked up 4 days ago! My salesman was helpful and clearly knows the product, His name is John Caruso. He was able to locate a car outside of the state which was outfitted with all of the options which were important to me and had it here in Ohio within 5 days. The finance manager who ultimately processed my paperwork was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me accomplish my financing needs. He had a great sense of humor and made buying the car fun experience! More

The plan was to drive down Pearl road, and stop at the used car lots down to Brunswick. Ganley BMW was the second stop on our path. We got out of the car and were greeted quickly by Jerry Mancini, who was very polite and friendly. I am a tattooist, my wife a piercer, and we are heavily tattooed t-shirt and jeans kinda' people. What struck me at first was that Jerry didn't seem to judge our appearance like at other high end dealerships we've stopped at in the past. In fact, I've received sneers as I've walked through another local BMW dealership to the parts department to pick up parts for my other semi-classic E36 Bimmer. We explained to Jerry that we were looking strictly for something with a manual transmission, at a certain price range, under 100,000 miles. Jerry said that there wasn't really anything in stock that met our requirements. Then he remembered seeing a car on the lot the day before that may be what we're looking for. He walked us over to it, and my heart started beating a little faster. A 1997 328is; a beautiful black coupe that could perfectly fit the bill. The car still had the previous owners plates on it, and didn't look like it was for sale, but Jerry assured us that it had been traded in, and was most likely available. He immediately went inside to get information about the vehicle, and the keys. When he came back and started the car revealing the mileage we were very very interested. He told us the asking price and offered us a test drive, and I knew I had to have it when I slid into the drivers seat and didn't even have to adjust the seat or mirrors. It's like it was meant to be, sitting on the lot, not yet in inventory, waiting for me to come and pick her up. Off we went on the test drive, Jerry guided us around, all the while chatting with us like an old friend, rather than telling us why we should buy today. Throughout the buying experience we talked about the trips to Budapest that we had in common, gardening, family, dogs, wine and cooking. He even shared his family Alfredo recipe. He went above and beyond to get us the car that we wanted, all the while without any pressure, with a positive and reassuring attitude. He made us feel like family. Then it was time to start signing papers. Jerry introduced us to the finance guy, Erik. We sat down with him, and chatted for a bit while he printed forms, etc. He was sincerely interested in our field of work, and we hit it off right away. He made signing fun and informative, instead of just a bunch of legal terms and signing lines. Erik got us financed through BMW's finance program with more than reasonable terms and zero down, even though we were ready to make a down payment. He thoroughly explained to us what each form was for, and why we were signing them. He delivered in a conversational manner, joking back and forth, that really put us at ease. He even knew some things about our cultural background. Meanwhile, in the parking lot, Jerry noticed that my wife's Mini Cooper was losing air in the rear tire. He came into Erik's office to tell us. He asked for our keys so he could have the tire filled up. The service department found that we had a screw in my wife's tire, and even though the garage was about to close for the day, they made time to fix it. Erik even covered the repair cost for us. The entire time we were at the dealership we felt comfortable and welcomed. I never could have imagined that a used car buying trip could turn into such a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend Ganley BMW to our friends and family. Sales, financing, and service. We even made some friends. The 328is is a great machine. Thanks so much to Jerry and Erik for taking the stress out of car buying. It was an experience my wife and I won't soon forget. More

I thought I had found the right car several times, just to be disappointed when I arrived to test drive something that was not as advertised at these dealers. When I spoke with Jerry, he was upfront and honest about everything. This included the vehicles condition, background on the previous owner and how they treated the car, as well as justifying the asking price. I was never pressured in any way. Also, since I was traveling several hours from out of state, Jerry gave me a way to reserve the car several days until I could see and drive the car. Even the finance side was unique, because I was never told I needed something that may not be necessary. It was up to me, and the process was quick and painless. Jerry even hooked me up with his special Fettuccini Alfredo recipe! I would definitely recommend both Jerry Mancini and Ganley BMW to my friends and family, and anyone in or out of state looking for a high quality BMW. If it isn't a quality car, you won't find it on their lot!! More

He patiently took the time to explain all aspects of the car and quickly answered all of my many phone calls and emails. The support staff around Brooks was first class as well. But in the end, my decision to purchase from this dealership was based on two things. First, the confidence that this dealership would take care of all my post purchase needs and second, they flat out beat the pants off the competition in price. What could be better than that. A quick statement about another standout employee at this dealership. My visit with Erik Parkinson (Business Manager) made the final step of the purchase in a word "fun". It is rare to equate fun with the actual purchase paperwork process but Eric did just that. Eric really made the process seem painless an explained all the paperwork in an easy to understand way that left me completely confident that everything was correct and in order. So if your in the market for a new Beamer I encourage you to visit Brooks and the staff at Ganley. You will not be sorry you made the trip. More
