Im from Detroit Michigan and drove over 3 hours to purchase my new BMW X3 from Ken Delek at Ganley BMW. There was plenty of BMW dealers I could have choosen to do business with that where closer, but purchase my new BMW X3 from Ken Delek at Ganley BMW. There was plenty of BMW dealers I could have choosen to do business with that where closer, but the drive from Detroit to Cleveland was well worth it to purchase my new Vehicle. When I initially started looking to purchase my new vehicle, I visited a few local BMW dealers in the Detroit area, and they just left a bad taste in my mouth. There was no negotiation in the price, and I was told that the X3 was one of the best selling vehicles and it was a take or leave it price. The dealer in Detroit literally told me that the X3 was in such tight supply, if I didn't buy it, they would sell it to someone else. Needless to say, I walked out and let them sell the vehicle to someone else at full price. At this point, I was really considering not purchasing a BMW at all and was looking at purchaing the Ford Edge. I knew deep inside that the Ford Edge was going to compair to the BMW, and instead of trying to second guess myself, I decided just to go ahead and give BMW a second chance. I did some research on the internet, and got several quotes for the X3 from several BMW dealers that where within drving distance of my home. After doing my research and compairing prices, Ken Delk and Frank Steffen at Ganley BMW had given me the best price. I figured I had saved about $3,000 compaired to some of the other dealers I had gotten prices from. Initially I had made contact with the General manager Frank Steffen, and from there Ken Delek helped ansewer all my questions and guided me through the entire sales process. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and I would probably say that Ken is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is very professional and there was absolutly no pressure during the entire sales process. What I believe really made the difference was what happened after the sale. Usually when you get a new car, they hand you the keys and you drive away. I was really impressed with the amount of time Ken spent with us to show us all the new features such as setting up the integration of our smart phone with the navagation system. He even programmed in his own personal cell phone number into the system so we could call him if we had questions on how to use something. The dealership closed at 9pm, and Ken stayed with us well after closing, to make sure we where confident enough to use all the new features before he allowed us to leave. I purchased a preowned BMW 535xi from Bob Strecker, a long distance purchase from North Carolina. Bob and the Ganley team put me very much at ease buying long distance. They allowed me time to think about and be comfortable with my pending purchase without leaving me in jeopardy of using my selection. I received the all the documents in the overnight mail with a great rate on financing. I also received an extremely fair and aggressive price for the vehicle. Ganley also provided me with multiple trucker options (without bias) and I it was easy to coordinate the trucker I selected with the dealership. A great service. For potential customers that live near Ganley you are lucky to have such a professional, fair organization for your auto needs.
